Excellent work, both prompt and professional. Explained everything in detail, which was important to me. Andy completed the job in said time and his workmanship was excellent, I would highly recommend hiring him, you will not be disappointed.

When I had an emergency Any came right over at 8pm with all 4 kids to assess the issue. Best service ever!

Excellent comms, prompt and quite knowledgeable. Aside from a brief wait for for the boring service our water main was repaired in about 2.5 hours. Andy is very affable and really makes an effort to focus on the customer. Finishing work was nice and tidy, follow-up was also excellent. The cost? I researched all of the plumbing services that a could do the work and HD Mechanical was by far the best price. I should also note the materials (Rehau, look it up ; )) used were top notch. Andy/HD Mechanical is exemplary. There is no better service for your plumbing needs.

Went on Home Advisor for this job one afternoon and the job got done same day. Didn't have to wait long for plumber to call or show up and job was done quickly at a fair price.

This guy is amazing. This is my first time to give 5 stars to any reviews in the past. He had shown knowledge and skills to his profession. When I got home, the main water pipeline is fixed and a new water meter is already installed. I didn't even call the city to request the installation of new meter. I think Andy did that too. I know, it is not part of his job but what can I say. I will recommend Andy to my friends and to all of you who read this review.

Andy provided options on repairs and estimates for each option.. He answered the nudge from Home Advisor immediately - was here to inspect the drains in the crawl space under the house, provided the estimates, I made my selection and he started the next day. Two new toilets, replace tub faucet setup, removed and replaced the toilet drains under the house, and recaulked around the tub/shower. PS He also vacuumed up any particles left. I will give his name to anyone with confidence and will post a note in that regard on "NextDoor." Thanks Andy

Andy is an outstanding individual that is very knowedgable in all aspects of plumbing. Over the years I have had him do full new construction houses, additions, full bathroom remodels, hose bib change outs, replace toilets, and other misc projects. His quality and attention to detail is very high, and he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him for any project you may need. His pricing is always fair as well. Andy immediately called us back and quoted a fair price. He also came very quickly to replace our leaking water heater. Very organized, personable, thorough and competent. We were impressed with how quickly he removed, replaced and ensured our water heater was working. We would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone!

What a pleasing experience; a contractor who is very personable and isn't working to just get the most monies he can from customers.
