Description of Work: Several folks have looked at our drainage situation, but usually know less than I do about how to take advantage of the spring in our back yard while preventing flooding our downhill neighbor's garage. This was NOT the case with Seth, the owner of Drainage Masters. He quickly grasped the situation and proposed a very workable solution. It was clear that he knew what he was talking about. His crew showed up on the day and time scheduled and completed all the work on the contract. They cleaned up everything and even added an extra grate. They were also very pleasant to work with and asked for my input when needed. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience.

Description of Work: Removed in-correctly installed under house vapor barrier, removed and replaced sump pump and installed new vapor barrier and foundation screens. Included was a new properly installed inside the foundation drainage system connecting to the new sump pump and sump. Good job, cleaned up well, on time. Had a minor problem with overlapping one of the sheets of vapor barrier, they came back the next work day and fixed it. 1750 SF under house area.

Description of Work: I phoned to ask for a bid concerning our soggy side yard. I left a message but my call was never returned.

Description of Work: I had had a pesky leak in the corner of my basement for years. I finally decided to do something about it. Drainange masters came out and looked at the problem. They were very responsive to my scheduling needs and communicated very promptly and well through email. After taking a look, they estimated the price and time. They came out and did the repairs exactly as stated and promptly and efficiently. I noticed more leaking after the first repair, and they came out a second time at no charge, right away, and corrected the problem. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and the price.

Description of Work: Though this review is only for the services I had done today (waterproofing my basement), I have used them before for the installation of a french drain system........they were excellent both then as well; punctual, friendly, respectful, hardworking and fair. My basement started flooding this past winter and I had three companies come out and look at the problem. All three had radically different theories regarding what was occurring (it was never raining when they were here) and so different approaches. Therefore, it is hard to compare prices but Drainage Masters came right in the middle. The first company (the most inexpensive) didn't even go in the basement; the estimator just looked at one section of the exterior of my house and determined that was the problem, The second company had an entire 'system' that they were selling and used such sleazy, hard sell tactics that I simply stopped believing anything that they said. The guy from Drainage Masters took him time, checked out the entire basement, walked the perimeter of the house and came up with a a series of fixes for my unique situation. They came and did the work today and, at the end of it, cut my bill in half because they didn't have to do as much as they originally thought they would have to do; the bid assumed that part of my crawl space would have to be dug out....it didn't. I suppose I won't know until this winter whether the problem is fixed but, if there is still a leak somewhere, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. The next time, I would be fair and have them come out when it is actually raining.
