Came out to bid on painting the Southside of house. We agreed on a price later and a date to do the work. On the day we agreed on, they no showed. Tried calling,and got their vm. I tried calling again to no avail.

Dave and Lynette painted the exterior of our house. They did a wonderful job. They are both detail oriented and wanted everything to be perfect. They accommodated some changes and extra projects that we wanted. Their price was reasonable. Strangers walking by our house have commented about how nice it looks.

Everything was great. Dave and Lynette and their crew were fantastic. You are dealing with the boss from start to finish. Dave is perfectionist and it shows. The whole crew were polite, punctual, and are great communicators. Would recommend them 7 days a week and twice on Sundays, they were that good. Thanks Dave and Lynnette.

In a word-SUPERB. I hired these folks for some rehab and a repaint on one of my rental houses. That turned out very well, so I hired them next for some major exterior repairs and a complete repaint on a complex of 3 apartment buildings. That went very well also. Next, I hired them for some major exterior work and a full repaint on another of my apartment buildings. Can't say enough good about them. They are my go-to for repairs and rehabs.

D&L was responsive, prompt, very clear in their communication, gave us options, and did an outstanding job in every way. This is not the first time we've used them, and I would never use anyone else again. I know I can trust their work, their pricing is reasonable, and they always make sure that we are happy with the end result. I can't say enough good things about them.

It went very well. Dave and Lynette are professional and went far beyond what some companies representatives might have. Dave even went to town to replace an outdoor lamp that wasn't working right. It's the little things that make a great company. I would definitely re-hire when I have more jobs to be done.
