Better Air Northwest

I was very nervous about spending $600 for duct cleaning and fogging on under 1,000 square foot house. Every time I turned on my furnace it smelled so dusty. It was well worth the money. Eric and Alex were very professional and spent the time to make sure everything was cleaned out. The before and after were indicators that it really needed to be done. The fogging only smelled for a short time and has completely gone away. We have fragrance sensitivities and that was important to me. Getting dog hair and dust out of the system was worth every single penny. My only hope is that in the future Women join the team so that can be requested.

Justin and Juan were absolute pros! We had to reschedule several times due to delays in our heat pump installation and Better Air was highly understanding. When Justin and Juan arrived they were respectful of our space and highly educational; Justin took the time to walk me through the testing process and explain the functionality they evaluated. As a newbie with ducting, it was incredibly helpful to understand how the system works and what to keep an eye out for. They were in and out quickly, worked efficiently, and they were fun to hang out with! We'll definitely reach out for any additional needs--thank you Justin and Juan.

Max & Joe came out to our house and were not only professional but also very pleasant to host in our home. They made the entire experience prompt and pain free. While bringing a good amount of great advice for our air quality it was evident they knew exactly what they were doing and delivered on their promise of great quality service. Zach and Jake did an excellent job on the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Came on time, gave us a heads up on their ETA. Upon arrival they explained clearly the procedure and the tools they will be using. Throughout the procedure they were very polite and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They reattached my airvents properly and took out some bad insulation. They showed us the dirt accumulated from the clean up job (a good amount) and vacuumed the entire house leaving the job site spotless. Thank you so much. Will hire again.

The day Better Air's team was set to come clean the ducts & vents in our home there was still a lot of snow and ice on the ground from a blizzard a few days before. We have a long narrow driveway that passes three other houses before reaching ours. It had not been shoveled at all - we all have chains or AWD on our cars. When the team knocked on our front door, they apologized for being a little late, but pointed at their van, which was stuck at the beginning of the driveway. They were digging through the snow bit by bit to reach our house! They didn't complain about it, in fact they were cheerful. But it took some time to get the van up the driveway without chains. We expected that they may cancel and reschedule rather than work so hard just to start the job. But they were very dedicated to getting the work done. They did a great job, and took the time to do it right. They didn't seem tired or frustrated from the shoveling, they seemed motivated and like they enjoy their work. In the end they showed us all the gunk that they got out of our system. I used to have sneezing fits at night in our home, but haven't had a single one since they cleaned the system. Highly recommend these hard working and friendly folks!

10/28/20 - Work done efficiently & both workmen were thorough, friendly and helpful. Price sounded steep at first but they worked almost 4 hours to do the work. I'm very pleased with how they performed.

Better Air NW fit me into their schedule during Autumn busy season when i had my furnace off because of rodent issues in the ducts. Team came out on time, explained what they would do, got everything done in a couple of hours, and house smells great again. They were also the first to respond when i sent our requests for quotes. Would do business with again.

FIVE STAR BUSINESS!!!!! This business was recommended to us by Roth HVAC in Canby. The initial phone call was answered in the most professional and polite way. Was able to get an appointment within a few days. We had soot and smoke damage to our home from the Mollala fires.We had a restoration service that worked on removing the soot. But we also wanted our ducts cleaned. I ordered the duct cleaning, plus the dryer vent cleaning and the Antimicrobial Treatment (highly recommend). Our visit was scheduled for 8AM. Twenty minutes before arrival, we received a call with the ETA. Well, Neal and Jesse................competent, thorough, professional, incredible people. And a great sense of humor. Answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable. Followed all Covid-19 guidelines from masks to distancing. Very respectful. If you need quality duct cleaning done right, call them now!! The Team from Better Air Northwest did a great job, In terms of courtesy: They let us know when they were on their way, were great about keeping any dust or dirt from getting into the house. We have 3 big dogs and they were not only great with the dogs, but considerate about their safety in terms of doors not being left open. Once they assessed the home layout, they explained the plan and each step of the process and showed us the dirt that was removed. For the amount of time spent by cost, I thought it was great deal. I will definitely have them out again. I am very sensitive to dust and dirt and the air feels so much better now! Thanks!

Fantastic job. Tyler L and Tyler H were both terrific. They cleaned out the entire duct system, and did a very thorough job. They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. Tip top, all the way.

Eric and Chris were great! They were courteous, friendly and very thorough. They explained everything as they worked and showed us what they found during and after the cleaning. It was easy to book an appointment and their prices were quite reasonable considering we had the ducting for 2 furnaces on 4 levels plus the dryer vent cleaned. Would definitely use again.

Eric and Chris showed up exactly on time and immediately gave a friendly and professional vibe, putting me at ease. They first had me take them to the furnace and proceeded to explain to me what the were going to do and how they do it. They each had their jobs and went right too them. Our ducts had never been cleaned and I was expecting to see or smell dust in the air. There was not a dust particle anywhere. They finished by blowing ing in, I believe an anti-microbial, and it smelled wonderful for about 15 minutes. Although it is intangible, the air just has a cleaner, lighter feel, my nose has stopped feeling so stuffy and the house just smells better! I would recommend them to anyone! I felt the price and excellent job done was great!

The technician, Lawrence, texted that he was in route and arrived on time. He explained exactly what the process was going to entail and showed us the BEFORE clean filter of his cleaning unit. He was very respectful of our home and took care not to track in dirt. Once he had completed the work he showed us the AFTER filter in his cleaning unit and the incredible amount of lent, dirt, and debris that was collected from our ducting. The dryer vent ducting had a surprising amount of lent - our cloths dry much faster now! Lawrence was professional and friendly.

These guys were great from start to finish. Clear and concise communications from scheduling through the day of service from the front office to technicians. Anthony and Brandon were on time, polite, professional and personable and did great work. Taking the time to connect a dryer duct joint that had come apart underneath the house.
