Description of Work: Better Air Northwest cleaned our dryer vent which runs some 20 to 25 feet long. After they had completed the work and we had run the dryer we notice additional lent in the vent, which we were aware commonly occurs. We called Better Air and they without any excuses or hesitation immediately made arrangements to come out and remove the lint. They were punctual and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to someone who needs their services.

Description of Work: My clothes dryer had been taking a long time to dry clothing, so I found Better Air Northwest through Angie's List, and they were offering a coupon deal. Two technicians arrived promptly for the early morning appointment. They brought all the tools they needed to clean the dryer duct. |The team started outside, but things weren't going well. At some point in time, my dryer duct had developed a low point where the water collected. Instead of pulling out dry fluffy lint, they were getting a slurry of wet material. |One tech climbed inside the crawl space and strapped up the duct. Once the duct was straight, water ran out the vent. They could have been finished then, but rather than leaving, the technicians took an extra step: they ran a line from outside to the laundry room. They moved the dryer, and secured a rag to the end of the line. When they removed the line from the outside, it dried and polished the inside of the duct, removing the last of the wet lint! They hooked the dryer back up, and finished up with a smile. |They were professional, and really fixed the problem. I would definitely work with them again!

Description of Work: They cleaned the dryer vent, adjusted and taped the connection piece. Only thing they didn't do, which other companies have done, was to open the dryer and door to clean remnants caught near the screen.
