Description of Work: Inspected dryer vent which was operating poorly--especially after it had been disconnected and reattached as part of a washer/dryer maintenance inspection and dryer vent cleaning purchased on Angie's List and performed by Standard TV and Appliance. Service representative identified problem with the dryer vent system, which had been poorly designed and never worked efficiently, and proposed a solution involving rerouting the venting system. The work was performed, clean up was very good, and the price was much lower than I expected such a project to cost. I recommend Better Air Northwest without reservation.

Description of Work: I don't recall the exact date, it's been a while and I'm tired of getting spam from angieslist to review them, so here's a quick review. | |Angieslist web form failed to schedule the appointment right, but once I contacted the contractor directly they accommodated my desired schedule without complaint. They were on time and thorough and showed me where I had missed buildup when self cleaning a vent duct, so I can do it myself in the future. | |angieslist gets an F. better air gets an A.

Description of Work: Tony and James came out and cleaned my dryer vent. But because it is super long with two 90 degree angles in it, they decided to go into the crawlspace to take it apart and clean in sections to make sure they had access to all of it. That's great service! And now I feel much safer knowing the buildup is gone. Will use these guys again! Thanks!

Description of Work: I never could get hold of the provider to do the service I need done. Played phone tag but never could connect and the last time I called I did not get any response at all from the provider.
