The Better Air Northwest crew called in advance to update their ETA, arrived within the window of time that they had given, and communicated what their process would be. The cleared a significant lint clog and thoroughly bushed our the full length of the dryer vent. When they left, they cleaned up their mess and reconnect our dryer to the wall. The crew was polite, respectful, and courteous. We were very pleased with the entire process, from scheduling the work, to the pleasant crew experience, to the dramatic results. I have no hesitation in heartily recommending Better Air Northwest for this service.

Great! These guys were terrific! My duct work was severely clogged. I thought my dryer was going out. Instead, it was just soaking all of the lint in the duct which made it very difficult to get out. Not one complaint or look to tell me that I was an idiot. They did exceptional work, answered all of my questions and we're very nice. I will definitely use them again.

The work was expertly done. The vent was rerouted to an area where the exhaust port is accessible. The vent was cleaned and the former opening under the back deck step was capped from the crawl space . Darwin and Edgar were very congenial and super efficient. They removed shoes each time they came and went from the crawl space to the laundry room. Our cost was below the estimate. Would have taken photos, but did not want to go down into the crawl space.

They are very easy to work with, from scheduling the appointment to communicating with me about their arrival time, etc. Since I bought the Angie's List deal, I just had to provide them a confirmation number to confirm payment.

They were nice, professional, and also faster and MUCH quieter than I expected. I'd heard another company with the huge vacuum equipment from their truck cleaning the air ducts at my neighbor's house and the noise was EXTREMELY loud and went on for about three hours. I had put off having this service done for that reason. I'm glad I finally ordered the service. Better Air Northwest pulled out everything in all the vents thoroughly and efficiently (they show you the gunk so you can retrieve any lost treasures). They left me tips on furnace filters and companies that provide furnace tune-ups--and accepted my Angie's coupon for a payment discount, best of all!

They came and stuck something down the outside dryer vent while the dryer was running, which they claimed cleaned the dryer vent. They did not check the vent from the back of the dryer to the wall. Later, the dryer still did not seem to be drying very quickly, so my husband got behind the dryer and checked the vent and found a bunch of lint in it. What a waste of money. I will never use Better Air Northwest again.

This was my first time having someone into my super neat house to clean all of my air ducts. However, the experience with Better Air Northwest was very positive. Joe and Edgar arrived promptly and did a very thorough job. Both Joe and Edgar were very cooperative & friendly. Joe answered all of my questions (I'm kind of a detailed-oriented person) and addressed all of my concerns. I like how they do their estimates: they estimate the job based upon square footage, not number of registers and intakes. No surprises that way if you didn't count up the total correctly when asking for a quote over the phone. VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING: Price with the 10% Angie's list coupon makes it the best deal in the area. I'll bring them back again in 5 years.

Very Well. Timely appointment, with choices of dates. Jason was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and through. He advised us on improvements that could be made to the venting for safety. Which we plan to have him do.

This was a $50 big deal purchase. They did a great job. This is something I will have them do once a year for me from now on so they've got a permanent job with me, plus they are coming back to do a major job in October. They paid great attention to detail inside the house when they came inside to do the job. I have a very steep pitched roof and I was not comfortable. I am in a new house and you worry about your linoleum, tile and all that. They were just great about everything.
