Description of Work: They were great! They cleaned the dryer and venting so much faster than I thought it would take, but the job was thorough. This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Cleaned furnace and dryer ducts at two rental properties and fan duct at a third. They loosened one dryer duct from its vent but returned promptly to re-attach it. | |They discovered that two furnace ducts were full of water and returned to empty and replace them for an additional $450.

Description of Work: They cleaned out my dryer vent. | |In the process of doing this, they noticed that there was no air flow coming out of the outside vent, even after the cleaning. | |So one of the techs asked if he could go down to the crawl space, the entrance of which is at the farthest possible location from the outside vent. He had to literally crawl part of the way. | |He found that the piece of ductwork leading to the outside vent had become detached. He reattached and secured it in place. | |Then they completely cleaned up the area around the dryer. | |Both techs were friendly, efficient and thorough. | |I will definitely use Better Air Northwest's services from now on at my residence and at my rental house. I will also recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: They did a great job. Very professional. They were very punctual (early actually...), which was very helpful. Will call them again.

Description of Work: Used angies list. Paid thru that. Tony and Gabriel were great. Friendly, professional. Explained the process. I got to see all the lint that came out. Will do this every 1 to 2 years to prevent fires. Highly recommend!!from outside they used a little hose that went at least 20 feet to sick out all the lint. Huge pile. I saw it.

Description of Work: The guys came out and cleaned our dryer vent in short order. Dryer efficiency was definitely improved as a result (as measured by the time required to dry a particular load of clothing that I do each week).
