Description of Work: The came and cleaned the dryer vent. We had to call and get them to get it scheduled; don't expect that just because you buy the coupon off of Angie's List that they will call you back. The service was fine once it was scheduled.

Description of Work: Nate and his co-worker cleaned my dryer duct. Nate was very professional. He explained everything and even put a cover on the duct so mice could not get in. He finished quickly and now I have a clean duct.

Description of Work: Used them at least three years ago and gave them a A rating then. You need a better system. I just clicked on them a while back and went no further. Just because I looked doesn't mean I purchased. This is annoying!

Description of Work: I purchased a duct cleaning through an Angie's list deal. The dryer vent had separated and lint was getting everywhere in my laundry room. They said they would take a look at the separation at the time of the cleaning. A few days before the appointment a rodent came in my basement through the disconnected dryer vent. I called to see if I should reschedule since I assumed they would not want to work in a basement with a rat. The receptionist was very nice and encouraged me to keep my appointment so I could get the dryer and rodent problems under control. Not only did they come on time, they reconnected the vent at no additional charge. They cleaned up the mess including the rodent poop on top of my water heater. The next day I caught the rat and haven't had any issues since. They turned a really bad situation into a very positive experience! Thank you!!

Description of Work: They cleaned my furnace and dryer duct work. They were prompt and clean taking great precaution to not allow any dust to escape into the house.

Description of Work: Cleaned out a dryer vent that was clogged with a huge amount of dust and lint. They moved the dryer, made the needed repair and moved the dryer back in place. They explained exactly what they needed to do, showed me what was done. I would HIGHLY recommend them to family and friends. I will be having come back to clean my heating/air system. Great Job!!
