two people came out and they were here for for about an hour. no complaints as they were neat and quick.

They called before arrival were clean courteous informative because I had just had surgery asked them not to so me everything and they did that perfect also.

I probably would have never done this type of service without the Big Deal. After seeing what came out of the dryer vent, I will have it cleaned more often. They were professional. They arrived on time and called when they were on their way. They cleaned up nicely after they were finished. They did a great job.

I set the appointment for the 28th of Sept. with an arrival time between 11 am and 1 pm. I'm not good with names so bear with me. The woman who answered the phone when I called was very professional. We discussed the problem, worked out a time for the appointment. She told me the tech ( I beleive she told me his name, but I am not good with names) would call before hand to let me know for sure when he would arrive. He called a little before 11 with an arrival time of 11:30. He arrived at 11:30 along with this co-worker. They came in, we discussed the problem. they asked aboutr how long it was taking to dry clothes and when I told them over two hours they were a liitle shocked. I told them the house had been a rental before I bought it which helped explain things. the whole conversation was very relaxed. they told me what they were going to do step by step. From using the dryer to help blow the refuse out, to how the vent was cleaned out. It was a little noisy while they did the work, but basically they were taking a long stiff wire attached to a drill and reaming out the duct. A little noise is to be expected. The whole visit took maybe 45 minutes. When they were done they showed me how much "gunk" came out of the duct . It was fairly obvious that this was the first time the duct has been ever cleaned. It is a little over 24 feet from where th edryer is to where the vent exits the house and they cleaned it all. They made sure the dryer and washer both were back in posion before they left. We did the paperwork, talked about other services Better Air provides and they left me with a couple of business cards. I celebrated by doing 4 loads of laundry.

This is a small family owned business. The owner and a younger employee came to my house and they were very thorough. The dryer vent was located in a difficult to reach area and they did the work well. They also followed it up by inspecting the dryer from inside the house to make sure all of the lint had been removed. I am happy with their service and will be recommending them to my neighbors.

The experience went well. There was one minor hiccup that resulted in a repair being required to my dryer, but this was more of a fluke than anything else, and Better Air NW handled the situation very well and ensured that it was corrected. I hired them based on an Angie's List deal that was running at the time, plus the company I work for has used them on several jobs in the past. The workers were very courteous and professional, and I would certainly be glad to use them again for services.

My dryer was taking 2 hours to dry a load of towels - I had another service come out to do a dryer vent cleaning (recommended by the retail store I bought my dryer from ) and was disappointed that it was still takng over an hou. ! Was very disappointed - Saw the special on Angies list and setup my appointment - they arrived on time, cleaned out my entire dryer - and now a large load of towels take less than an hour to dry . Better Air Northwest provided the thorough service the dryer needed

Fantastic company did wonderful job explaining process and cleaning all the vents and filters. Even showed us how to change the filters.

We were moving into an old house that had been lived in by cats with the previous owner; since I am allergic to cat hair, it was important for me to get all traces of it out of the house. Better Air NW was able to come out before we moved in to clean out the vents and ducts and I am amazed at what a difference it made. No more itchy eyes of sniffling when I enter the house, no dust visible in the vents, and most of that "old house smell" disappeared. The crew arrived on time and was in the house for 3-4 hours doing a very thorough job. They made sure to clean up any dust and dirt that came out due to the cleaning process, and left my house looking as clean as it was when they started. Everyone was very friendly and personable, especially the woman who took my order and set everything up over the phone. If you are considering a duct cleaning, don't hesitate to use Better Air NW... they are great!!!

Dryer Vent cleaning for $50. The service was prompt and professional.

Made initial contact via email through Angie's list, including purchasing a $50 "deal" coupon . Received a prompt call the following morning and made arrangements for the work to be done between 3 and 5 that afternoon. Subsequently received a call that indicated they were running a little late and would be here around 5 PM. Shortly after 5 PM Matt arrived, and immediately set to work.Very professional, courteous, and thorough. He made a point of explaining the companies main business of duct cleaning and provided an estimate for our consideration. Low key and not at all high pressure in soliciting our business. We will in fact consider having the work done at a later time.

After scheduling service, we were notified/reminded several times by phone prior to the date of service.

They were a little late but they did call and keep me posted on their arrival and travel issues they were dealing with. They were friendly and thorough and explained what was happening and how beneficial it was. Good job overalll from what I can tell..thanks!

What I hoped would be a quick cleaning ended up being a bigger project. However, I know in the long run it will be worth it! Chad did an amazing job! Not only did he fit me in his schedule , but he probably saved my house from a dyer fire. The best customer service! I will be using them again in the future!

I called and made an appointment with Matt. Joel, Caleb and matt arrived. they were very respectful of my home and highly professional. They showed me their Hepa vacuum before and after so I could see the dirt pulled out of my ducts, also the vacuum that they used on the opening of my ducts and the hose with air to clean. I have had my ducts cleaned before several times, this was by far the most professional, and best experience. This is the nicest bunch of guys around!

Overall a very cool experience... I will be certain to contact again when my dryer requires evacuation and cleaning!

Chad and his partner cleaned the dryer vent for my condo unit. They were friendly, were able to come early which worked great with my schedule, were thorough and overall very professional. Would highly recommend!

Arrived on time and finished the same day. They checked the furnace to make sure it was working when they left, too. I've very happy with their work and will contact them again in the future when we need it again!

Joel & Caleb arrived on time. They explained each step of the duct cleaning process in detail and showed us that their equipment was clean before beginning so that my wife and I could view the results when they finished. They also cleaned out the clothes dryer duct which obviously needed it given the pile of lint that came out. I definitely will use this company again when it is time for the next recommended cleaning. Job well done.

They were awesome. They explained everything. The showed us the filters before and after. They showed up right on time. They cleaned up the above board of our two story house. They even dusted the vents. We would definitely use them again.
