Curteous a nd prompt response. Helpful scheduling person. Bought this for a rental occupied by a very fussy tenant and after one call I didn't have to deal with it anymore. She was happy so I was happy. Phone contact inspired confidence.

air duct cleaning/excellent company, well worth the money. We had this company come in and clean our air ducts and vents with both the negative pressure vacuum and the shop vac, everyone was extremely nice, friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. They gave us a quote and that was the price when they were done, no hidden fees and no per duct/vent charge. I can't say enough good things about them, just that if you need your air ducts/vents cleaned this is the company to go with. They went through the house with us before they started, showed us each piece of equipment they use and how it works and then went through the house again with us after they were done, they even took pictures of the inside of the ducts so we could see a before and after photo. They then showed us what came out of the air ducts. Start to finish it was about 2 1/2 hours.

Arrived on time, explained everything they would be doing, answered questions I had and got right to work. They were friendly, courteous, and made an effort to not leave a mess in my home. They kept me informed throughout the process and did a good job of cleaning the ducts. Very satisfied with their work.

Well, I turned to Angie's List for a dryer vent cleaner and found Better Air NW. They were professional and courteous on the phone and thought that my vent could very well be plug. On the day of the appointment, they arrived exactly on time and went to work promptly. Sure enough, after 10 years of not cleaning the dryer vent, it was plugged! It was disgusting! While cleaning the dryer vent he suggested we have all the heat vents cleaned, since it had again, been 10 years since that done. The dryer is working great, like new again. Can't wait for the heat vents to be cleaned. Maybe our heating bills will be lower.

This was the best experience! They were thorough and detailed. They showed me what they were doing, and how they were going to do it. They were working for over 4 hours, and were pleasant and courteous. I was amazed at the process, and it was interesting. I have dogs and kids, and a couple of the vents were completely blocked. I wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend Better Air NW. We are breathing easier!

The two gentleman that showed up from Better Air NW were very Friendly, Professional and hard working. They took off their shoes at the door. They explained everything they were going to do. They showed us the clean equipment prior to starting. They got right to work. I did not see them wasting a minute. They worked hard and steady until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves, showed us the filters and equipment when done so we could see the dust and dirt that was removed from the ducts. They checked my dryer vents also. I will use them again when needed and will highly recommend them.

I received a call/message from Matt and it seems the message I left never made it through. Since I have had this happen to me before I totally understand. I was able to call back this morning and I spoke with Sharon. She apologized for the problems and got a crew of guys including Matt/owner over to our place this afternoon to get the work on our dryer vent done. Matt, Mike and (I think) Chad did a great job. They were fast and informative. Something that was unexpected was that we were refunded our purchase in the form of coffee gift cards. While this was not necessary, it is very appreciated. It shows that they are concerned about good customer service and that is important to me. We have decided to donate them to the gift baskets being given to the 3rd grade teachers from Crestline elementary who just lost their school and will now be teaching their students at Riverview elementary. Well, I can see why they're so highly rated! Scheduling was a breeze, and the scheduler even asked me over the phone if I could make the crawlspace accessible for the appointment in case the technicians wanted to check the vent where it runs under the house. (No one else has ever bothered to be so thorough!) The team that showed up was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were conscientious about their work and helpful in their suggestions about their other services, since we were interested. I asked for their card and will definitely use them again, for dryer vent cleaning as well as air duct cleaning.

After purchase, I called them and got an appointment without any problems (fast and friendly). Chad and his assistant arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They came and cleaned out the dryer vent quickly and efficiently. Chad had no problems answering our questions about what he was doing. They cleaned up after they finished as well. They informed us of services they provide (for future consideration). No pressure, though. Chad was easy to talk with and informative. I will definitely consider them in the future.

My husband and I just purchased our first home (and had the hardwood floors refinished) and wanted to make sure that the air ducts were cleaned out before moving in. The two-person Better Air NW team arrived right on team and were friendly and professional. They took the time to explain to us exactly what they were doing and why. They answered my many questions about air ducts, sealing, asbestos tape, dryer vents, and furnace filters patiently and thoroughly. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

We've done a bunch of work on the house over the last year (energy retrofit, skim coat, painting, finish carpentry, new windows, landscaping etc). Better Air Northwest was BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH ANYONE WHO HAS DONE WORK ON OUR HOME. They are very professional, they love what they do, I trust them completely, and I recommended them to our neighbors who had a similar experience.

The experience was great. The appointment scheduling was flexible to accommodate my schedule. The service was great; the guys went above my expectations as my dryer vent is poorly routed to begin with. They cleaned everything but they also opened up the ducting in my crawlspace and removed the installation screws that were put there by the builder and replaced it with tape that sealed it up. This type of service will have them back at my home for duct cleaning after we complete a remodel of the bathrooms. I can't say enough good things about them.

When I contacted Better Air Northwest to get pricing on duct/vent cleaning, the customer service rep was very pleasant and professional. She gave me the pricing and I scheduled the service. The crew showed up right on time and even called 20 minutes ahead to confirm. The two guys on the crew were super nice and personable and even worked around the carpet installation crew I had at the house that same day. They showed me the equipment and filters before the service, which were all clean and pristine and the results afterwards. Wow! What a difference. I never had my ductwork cleaned before and since I was moving into a new home where the previous owners had pets, I just had a feeling that the ductwork was in need of cleaning and the results proved my hunch was right. When the crew started cleaning the dryer vent, they found it was disconnected in two places below the house and reconnected it for me. I feel like the air was immediately cleaner in my new home and the dryer was safe to use. I am so glad I had this service done and I highly recommend Better Air Northwest.

My husband and I have just moved into this home that was built in 1968. Needless to say that the air-ducts were really dirty. I hired Better Air Northwest to come in and clean the air-ducts. Tony and helper (can't remember his name sorry) came in and walked the house with me and explained to me the process and what they will be doing. They were here 3 & 3/12 hours. When they were done the air-ducts were sparkling clean. :) They said that this was one of the dirtiest homes that they have done. They showed me after everything was cleaned how much dirt was in the machine. It was disgusting! I can gladly say that i would hire them again. Thank you Better Air Northwest.

They did an excellent job. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the other services they provide. When I do my air ducts, they will be one of the companies I will contact for a bid and I will probably have them do it.

They let me video tape them doing it and shared the entire experience with me.

They seemed pretty thorough. They didn't leave a mess. I think they did a good job, I was very happy. They were very professional.

Corey and Jake were champs in my book! My dryer vent/duct ran from the upstairs laundry area in the hallway, straight up the wall to the attic, and then out to the side of the house (above the second story). Unfortunately the previous owner had allowed a bird to nest in the dryer vent, so there were grass, sticks, mud, and lots of condensation after months of running the dryer with the vent clogged. Corey and Jake took the time to get as much water out (along with the rest of the stuff) as they could, and even looked up in the attic to make sure the duct work was all intact. They were very thorough in making sure the dryer was blowing properly out the duct and did a great job of cleaning up before they left, also giving me tips on what to do to dry out the duct work and prevent the same problem from reoccurring. Better Air Northwest has earned my business and I am looking forward to having them back this spring for air duct cleaning and a yearly dryer vent cleaning. From start to finish it was a fine group of people to work with

I have had my ducts cleaned before but not like this. These guys were amazing, took a very long time, used suction devices that were like nothing we had seen before. They were courteous, careful of my home, very professional and just did such a good job. They insisted on doing the dryer vent, even tho it is a precarious place at best. I would reccommend this company without hesitation

Matt was excellent. It was easy to schedule. The quoted me a price over the telephone. Matt Came out on time with one other employee. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained what they were going to do for each of the vents, they showed me all their equipment. They cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely use them again. Great job!
