Extremely well. The house was a rental and the previous tenants had a Golden Retriever dog (long hair). The ducts were clogged with dog hair. The crew arrived on time and went right to work vacuuming every duct and the HVAC unit.

They were here when we needed them. They did their job well. No complaints.

The job was done well. My biggest complaint was their lack of care for personal items - no dropcloth was used anywhere in the house. They cleaned up after themselves for the most part, but there was still a small amount of debris in some of the areas they worked. Their machine caused some electrical issues - tripping the circuit breaker. We were unable to get the breaker to reset, so their field supervisor came out and worked with my husband to diagnose the issue. They readily reimbursed the price of a new GFCI plug which we determined was the problem. They are quite a bit more expensive than other duct cleaning businesses, but we will use them again

I signed up to use a coupon they were offering and then called them to set up an appointment. I was told they were in the area and offered to come out the same day! The guys were in contact with me to coordinate their arrival very promptly. You can't ask for much more than that! I would absolutely use them again.

Significant amount of lint build-up removed-dryer is now quickly drying clothes and not making them hot. Used an Angies list coupon-got a $125.00 service for $50.00. Arrived AHEAD of time and waited in drive until appointment time arrived. Only complaint-did NOT spread a tarp to catch the lint which interspersed with landscaping gravel which will now need to be refreshed to not be unsightly. Dispatcher was sympathetic, told me that the 2 man crew could come back out and try to clean it up(wouldn't work) and that the suggestion of using a tarp in the future was greatly appreciated.

Excellent! The guys who showed up were professional, thoroughly answered all our questions, and were prepared to do some duct sealing on the spot. They did a great job and are used by several heating companies. We'll hire them again if we need duct work done.

They called ahead to ask if they could come early and that was good for me and as it turned out the extra time was needed to fix the duct connection. They were quick and neat. Cleaned everything up and communicated all my options. I'm very pleased. I willed use them at my rental townhouse too. And it was a great price! I had a LOT of lint so I'm glad I got it taken care of. The duct was inside a wall with a right angle so that make it difficult. And in the end the right angle (actually slightly more curve than a simple right angle) connection disconnected. They, without hesitation and with my permission, cut a neat square hole in the upper duct/chase work area EXACTLY where the angle connection was and reconnected it. I am not going to patch or fill the sheet rock because it is not noticeable in the washer/dryer closet area. Also it was fixed with back in place with screws in case this happens again (very likely).

This is the second time I have used this company to clean my dryer vent. Both times they did an excelent job.

Very well. Th team, Darwin and Christian notified me of their arrival time and very prompt. They explained in great detail their process of cleaning our ducts and vent. The team was very respectful of our home, taking their shoes off when inside. The work went very smoothly, efficiently and appeared very thorough. We had sechedule while at the local home show so got the show price whcih seemed very reasonable to us. All in all, we are pleased with the compnay and will call them back next time for sure.

They did an excellent job of cleaning the vent and also cleaning up the mess outside and dirt behind dryer. They also took the time to explain potential problems if I wait too long for cleaning. I have recommended them to neighbors.

The appt. was set for 8-9am. They called to say they would be after 9. I was surprised to hear that two access holes would be cut in the furnace; this was a new technique, to me. After we did a walk through and prep worked was started, the machine in their van broke down! A supervisor came to fix it and apologize for the delay. Work continued, until the discovered our downstairs return vent was plugged with insulation! Just then, the machine gave out again. We arranged for them to return at 4:30, which they did. (And could have come sooner, as I later found from a phone message.) They finished their job and clearing the insulation. Due to the mechanical delays, they offered a $50 discount AND didn't charge for clearing the insulation. BTW, I did not rate the quality of the service since I can't see inside the ducts (picky, but I try to be factual), but I did hear the brushes in the ducts and I would hire them to do the job again.

They came through my rental house and cleaned the dryer duct there and while he was doing that he accidentally out the sand down too low in the piping and it broke something in my dryer and he knew it right away and he came and told me right away. He hopped on the phone really quickly and he ordered a new part then he said he is going to waive the cost of the two cleaning for me for the in convince because they couldn’t get the parts for two weeks.

It turns out the issue wasn't simply lint trapped in the vent or hose, it was a structural issue. Our vent was installed at the wrong angle. The end result was that water had been collecting in our dryer vent for the last two years. He removed six wet vacs full of water! He was amazed our dryer was cleaning our clothes at all. We will need to have the vent completely reinstalled/rearranged, but I'm so glad this issue was discovered. They are very thorough and professional.

Bought the online deal and the team scheduled the service (very flexible; had to reschedule [thanks!]). Went very well! Also quoted us on some other services we were interested in getting in the future.
