These guys were great from start to finish. Clear and concise communications from scheduling through the day of service from the front office to technicians. Anthony and Brandon were on time, polite, professional and personable and did great work. Taking the time to connect a dryer duct joint that had come apart underneath the house. I will use Better Air Northwest for future needs and would gladly recommend them to neighbors.

This is actually my second time using Better Air Northwest. We used them last year on the home we were selling and I was impressed with them at that time so I had them come to our new home this year. The arrive on time, are very professional and explain everything as they go along. They discovered a section of the duct work that was damaged so we had them come out a second time and replace that section. We received the same quality workmanship.

Replacement A/C installed by BlairCo. Clark Cty. req'ment to have duct system tested for leakage and Blairco referred me to Better Air NW. In addition to fulfilling county inspection/code req'ment, contracted with Better Air to clean duct system in residence. Brandon and Manny did an excellent job, removing 20+ years of accumulated dust/lint/pet hair from floor vents, dryer vent, and duct system throughout the residence. Both Techs were professional, punctual, and thorough in performing the agreed upon service. Recommend them highly.

Nate did a great job. Usually there are two technicians, but Nate was by himself. It may have taken a little longer than usual.

The service went well. Better Air NW's representatives were punctual, informative and very professional. We took advantage of their Angie's List coupon which was a steal for the service performed. We will definitely be using their services again in the near future - for air duct cleaning.

Edgar and his team were amazing. They were prompt, efficient, and thorough. They cleaned all of the register covers, and the intake vents. They even cleaned my bathroom fan cover! I would definitely hire them again. I am already recommending them to friends.

Very good experience. Better Air Northwest responded quickly to my request for a quote and Sharon was able to set up an appointment for a date within a few weeks of my first contact, even though it was the middle of their busiest time of the year. On the appointed day, they contacted me to let me know they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. Grant and Juan did an excellent job with our duct cleaning, working quickly and efficiently while explaining what they were doing and why, and within about three hours our 1580 square-foot house with ten registers for forced-air heat was done. The inside of the floor registers, which were filthy before cleaning, look like new construction. Not only is the air in our house cleaner, but it's quieter as well as the noise of the air moving through the ducts is significantly reduced. That and a ten percent discount for Angie's List members. I would very much hire them again.
