The cleaning went well - the vendor showed up early, did a nice job of explaining the service and cleaning out the vent. The vendor does try to up-sell their other services, but they aren't unreasonably pushy.

I was very pleased by the service. The two gentlemen who did the work were on time and pleasant to work with. They did a thorough job and showed me the result of their work, which only convinced me that a more regular cleaning of the vent is a good idea.

They were a bit too pushy in demonstrating that my ducts were indeed dirty. I really didn't need all the jabber which essentially was their justifying a rather expensive price for this service. They also let on that their main vacuum was only partially functioning which meant I was paying for a less than totally effective job.

Cleaned off clogged bird barrier to vent, and cleaned out dryer vent. Cut dryer time of my first load to half what I had been experiencing.

It was pretty much a waste of money, and not the provider's fault,since after he got to my house he said that my dryer vent/hose was so short that there was little chance of it getting plugged with lint. It had never been checked before, and it was fine, so I didn't need to spend the money. However, they were honest with me about that and I would use them again if I needed that kind of service.

This really did a great job, and now my dryer works 100% better. (It had become very sluggish before they cleaned it out.)

The dryer vent is vented through the roof so it was a little challenging for them as we have a second story home. They did a good job.

It went very well. I had an issue but they came back and took care of it for me. And they did excellent work when they came back. Molly, who scheduled the work, and she sent two technicians back to help me. Tony and Randall were the two who came back, and they were excellent.

PERFECT PLUS The vent is about 20 feet from the dryer and within that distance an incredible amount of lint had built up. Smoke had been coming out of the vent and as soon as we were aware of that, I called these folks. They found a dark, smelly burn mark next to the dryer, where it connected to the vent hose, and that was the source of the smoke. Within the length of hose leading to the outside, a bird had made at least one nest, and lint was then free to build up and create what could have become a fire. This well insulated mass of fuzz continued to become hotter, to the point of charring the wall! The vent had been previously cleaned by a friend. He did not have the tools, or know-how to go the full length of the hose which allowed the buildup to escalate around the bird's nests. The Better Air Team have extension parts that are customized as needed to fit whatever length of vent hose is appropriate. So from the outside vent, to the inside of my dryer, the final sweep had the extension "sweeper" coming into my dryer! It was really amazing and impressive. And best of all safe and clean! These pro's do it right and and do it thoroughly.

First off, we had terrible luck scheduling the work; nothing on Better Air's behalf, we had a number of issues/conflicts occur when we did schedule them to come out. Lots of time went by, before we called to reschedule. Although our deal had expired, the office manager (sorry, I've lost her name), didn't hesitate to schedule us again. Two of the staff arrived promptly on the day of the appointment and proceeded to work. We had assumed our vent was stacked through the roof, but the guys quickly identified that wasn't the case. After a bit of investigation, they found the location of the venting. In no time, the job was completed after that. Great work, great customer service, excellent company.

They showed me the clean shop vac and filter before starting and after finishing. They were very professional and got a TON of stuff out of my house. I have 5 cats we had to work around which was no problem for them. My dryer duct is on the roof, again no complaints. This is our second time using and we will use again.

We had them out to clean the dryer vents again this year, plus they put a new external vent cover on for us They did a great job again. They discovered a heating duct that had come loose in the crawlspace and repaired that for no extra charge. We had wondered why we had a warm spot on the floor in a bedroom. Thanks again!

I ordered an Angie's list special...The company contacted me right away about setting an appointment. I got a call about 30 minutes before my appointed time indicating that they would arrive a little early if that was okay which it was. Two men came with their equipment and went right to work. They were finished in about 20 minutes. They answered a few questions I had and explained their heating/air conditioning vent cleaning service. The service men were very polite and efficient. I would use them again.

It was dusty! They said it was the most accumulation they had ever seen. Our dryer now works beautifully and efficiently and is no longer burning the clothes.

It went extremely well. I was given a thorough description of their process when scheduling the appointment. They arrived on time and again took the time to explain everything they were doing as they worked throughout my house. After it was finished, they showed me the results. They did do a sanitizing process. They cleaned up reasonably well, although I had to re-attach one of the vent openings that wasn't lined up quite right. Since the weather has turned quite warm, it will be awhile before I can determine if this solves the odor problem I've had since I had my ducts sealed and insulated a few months ago.

I bought the coupon for the dryer vent cleanup. Scheduling was good. I was scheduled between 3-5 and they called that they will be coming after 5. The job was done quickly and orderly.
