Better Air Northwest

Our furnace had never been cleaned so they cut two round holes to insert their vacuume. Our home is 15 years old. There was so much dust, both larger and finer particles, we were grateful to have a professional clean them. The crew was, prompt, courteous, thorough, knowledgable and by the time they left, you wouldn't have even known they'd come. The dryer vent to the outside had a considerable amount of lint in it, alone! My brother also used Better Air Northwest and was as pleased as we are! A job WELL done! I even took before and after pictures there was so much dust!

Easy, as always. This was our third year in a row using Better Air Northwest for this service. They come, clean the vent, and they're gone. Friendly employees. No complaints.

These guys are pros! They came to clean our dryer vent (who knew one had to clean the dryer vent on a regular basis!) and did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and encounter a massive clog in our system. Even though they had to stay longer than expected to fix the problem, they stood by their quote and did not ask for additional compensation for their time. I will begin using them on an annual basis! Kudos to Tony and Gabe!!

Went great! One of my dryer vents has a hard time cleaning itself out and builds up with lint and water, the cleaning really helped my dryer.

Everything went very well. They were on time and performed the service quickly. My dryer worked much better after getting the line cleaned. They were able to do it all from the outside vent.

This was a big deal purchase. They seemed to do a nice job and were in and out in about 15-20 minutes; it did not take them long. They hooked it up to outside and ran whatever it was on in to the dryer. It seems to be fine and I was glad they came. I thought their price was reasonable. I have no reason to say it is not good quality. I signed up, paid the money and it was a while before they got to me. They did it by email and I responded to that, but I had to call Angie's List twice. Then they called me and scheduled it. They were very good once we finally connected. It took so much time to get connected. They came right when they said they would and were very good.

It was fine. They were in and out quickly. It was a quick service. It wasn't what we expected. I thought they would spend a little more time doing what they were supposed to do.

They were very nice. The service that they offered was pretty limited as far as cleaning out my dryer vents. But, they came and did the job and were on-time and professional. There were no additional charges. The service that they provided was limited. I really could have done it myself, as far as how they cleaned out the dryer vents. I've had my dryer vents cleaned in the past and it was much more expensive and theirs wasn't limited service. It's not that they promised one thing and delivered another. There was no disclosure as to exactly what procedure they would undertake.

It went well. It was badly needed. We won't let it go that long anymore.

Went fine. We have a very short exhaust tube from the dryer vent to the outdoors so the task was easy. Tech was in and out in no time. But it took several emails and calls to get this scheduled and it appears this task is done as a secondary focus (it is a small job so that is understandable but...). The office gal tried to schedule something but had difficulties given my home location vs where the technicians were scheduled. I think it took 2+ weeks to schedule and then the appointment was outside the 30 day cancellation period offered by Angies List, so I was a bit worried if that apppointment fell through. I had never had the dryer vent cleaned previously by anyone, and likely will not bother again in the future given our dryer setup here.

An EXCELLENT experience for me as a homeowner for several reasons. First, they were on time keeping me in the loop, and professional while being easy to talk to. Well experienced in what they were doing they set right to work with a system that needed to be cleaned, and "going the extra mile" in service including some repairs adjustment to make the system work better. Something that really impressed me having some past experiences with others who just wanted to do the minimum needed (that was not necessarily the best for for me.) So I plan to have Better Air Northwest back again for my dryer service in the future, and in the Springtime am going to have them cleaning my heating/AC ductwork to reduce the dust etc. improving the air quality. Better Air Northwest earning my thanks and respect for a job well done, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the type of service that they provide.

Two young men arrived on time, very polite and efficient. Cleaned out dryer exhaust vent from outside, and lint filter within the dryer. Will definitely use this company again.

We purchased the Angie's list coupon for Better Air NW in June and just had our dryer vent cleaned out yesterday. Boy did it need it! The service was fast, easy, and well done. I'd recommend everyone get it done and would recommend Better Air NW.

The guys arrived on time and went right to work. They moved the dryer from the wall, blew the lint from that point while the second person vacuumed from the outside. They cleaned up after the job. All in all it took about 35 minutes.

We needed to have our ducts cleaned before having a new furnace installed - and we had never had it done before. Better Air Northwest was recommended by the installer of the new furnace and Angie's List members had a 10% discount. The price seemed kind of high, but pretty much comparable to another estimate, and they had been recommended. The workers were very professional, friendly, and obviously took pride in their work. It took about 3 hours and they showed me the debris which was cleaned out of the ducts. It was definitely a job that needed to be done!

I was not is a rush to schedule the work, so there was some phone tag involved in picking a date that worked for everyone. The crew arrived on time. They explained what was to be done. They have it down and were able to perform the work, start to finish in under 30 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and off they went. I am pleased with their work. I would use them again. The big thing to take away is you need to have this done. My house was built in the late 1990's. I have owned it since 2002. I always clean the dryer vent before starting the next load, sometimes cleaning it mid-load when drying items such as a load of towels. I had never had the vent cleaned. I was amazed how much lint poured out of the vent as they "roto-cleaned" it. I am the type of person who will put a load of clothes in the dryer, then leave the house either for work, or whatever. I believe I was at risk of a fire. The side benefit: the clothes dry faster now.

Our dryer vent line is about 20 feet long and hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. They cleaned out a really big pile of lint and now the dryer works much better.
