He then needed to access the duct through the crawl space to empty the standing water. once this was complete. he completed the duct cleaning from the dryer access. He was thorough. I feel I got a great value for the coupon price paid through Angie's list.

They were prompt and friendly. They cleaned the vent up on a very high roof. They cleaned the outside of the vent door and the lint on the roof.

Service went well. Tanner and Eric were very nice and easy to work with. I have two dogs that bark and jump a lot, and they were able to work around my system of keeping them from being jumped on with ease. They were very punctual, and went right to work. They also made a suggestion about a small correction to my venting system that I might want to do at some later date. A very good experience!

Nate and crew arrived on time and did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. It was an amazing amount of lint that was cleaned out. I'll use this company again when I need my HVAC system cleaned.

We have an old house and had never cleaned the ducts in the 30 years we have lived here. Tanner and Eric showed up on time, explained each step of the process they would use and got to work. They were thorough, professional, respectful and nice guys. Eric pointed out a gap in one of our boards that is a dust/dog hair catching area and had a good idea of how I could easily fix the problem. When the job was done, they showed me what they had collected. In the future, I will definitely not wait so long to have the ducts cleaned and I will use Better Air Northwest.

It was initially hard to connect with them through Angieslist, but their messages were not going through to them. Once I called them, I had immediate responsiveness and they were great to work with. They were really flexible with my schedule and did a great job!

Our drier stopped working due to a completely clogged drier hose. I called and got an appointment set up for two days later. They came right on time and were very prompt and professional getting things done. The vent was cleaned by a wire brush on the end of a very long (30 foot) flexible drill bit while the drier was running. At the end there was a huge pile of lint. They then cleaned up the mess and also cleaned out the drier below where the lint filter goes. All told the guy who came out to do the service was very polite and helpful. I plan to hire them again in a year or two so that the vent doesn't get so clogged next time.

The dryer duct was very long, about 25 feet, and it was packed with lint. The workers were professional and did the job quickly, showing us every step of the way what they were doing. The air conditioning ducts were cleaned in about two hours. Again the employees were very professional, wore booties in the house, and they showed us what they were doing every step. They showed us what was in the vents, and it wasn't pretty.

I got affiliated with them through a deal with Angie's List. They also installed a dryer vent for me. They completely fixed my dryer vent problem and it only cost $200. I was amazed. It was a couple of years ago that they installed a new vent.

They thoroughly cleaned up after their work and left our house and vents in good shape. We were having allergy problems and appreciate the thorough cleaning process to help improve our home's air quality. The amount of particles and dust removed from the vents was incredible. I almost went with a Sunday newspaper ad service provider that offered a cut-rate price. I'm glad I went with Better Air as they came to the work site with all needed equipment and skills to give me and my family top quality service and results. Better Air earned my trust and respect. I give them an A+ rating.

Tony who is the lead technician is super friendly, super knowledgeable and efficient. They contacted me 15 minutes before they arrived, were on time and done in 20 minutes. When I informed Tony in conversation that we were moving he made some home improvement recommendations like cleaning out the air ducts and furnace that I would not have considered. Great service, very personable.
