 + -1 moreOutstanding customer service and workmanship - our old water heater sprung a slow leak during the recent cold snap / ice storm, teaching me (again) not to put off these things. I found Bergman Plumbing while researching energy efficient replacement models on our county website. Contacted Keith and he was able to work us into his schedule right away despite it being a very busy time for every plumber in town. We didn’t end up going with the energy efficient model, but Keith had a great Bradford White unit in stock that worked perfectly. He even went beyond during the installation and replaced the shutoff valves and piping coming into the water heater as well. On-time service and great communication throughout.
