Kitsap Clean

I just launched an AirBNB on Bainbridge Island with the help of Kitsap Clean and I could not be happier with their service! They are incredibly responsive and do great work. Perhaps most important for an out-of-state owner like myself, their communication is impeccable. Each time they are en route to the house I get a text message, and then another one when they are finished. The office is also very responsive to any messages. It is so reassuring not to have to wonder if they are getting it clean between bookings. The price is also very fair for the size of our house. I could not be happier with Kitsap Clean!

I was told my new rental home would be "move in ready" and would receive a "contractor's clean". It was filthy. I did have to wait for an appointment, as the first they had was a couple weeks out. Kitsap Clean sent a team of three and they worked all day (10 to 3) to get it cleaned up. One staff member worked on the kitchen, the fridge was disgusting as was the stove. Another worked on the bathrooms (again, filthy sinks and bathtub) and lower level bedroom. A third worked on the two bedrooms on the upper level, dusting away all the cobwebs, cleaning walls, etc. All three were fantastic with my pets (one dog who is somewhat fearful and one elderly cat with severe arthritis). Not only did they clean the house, they also alerted me to any issues they noticed during the process, so I could take photos and alert the property manager (mold in one window, etc.) They even assisted me when we tripped a circuit breaker at getting everything back up and running. I told them they were my heroes.

Techs were friendly, punctual, and made sure they completed the job to standard.

They have done a great job. Each time they dig a little deeper into corners that could use extra attention. Very punctual and text when they are on their way and done. Very respectful of my dad and his things.Cost is standard for this area. Easy to schedule on line. Have used them now for the past three months and plan to continue in future.

Excellent. On-line booking and automatic notification when they were en-route and when they were finished. Excellent service, cleaned top to bottom in a large house with attention to every detail from picture frames to the microwave. Much more affordable than I expected. I will use them again and highly recommend this service.

They did a really good job and I would definitely use them again. They arrived right on time and were very professional.
