Technicians did an excellent job, fast thorough, knowledgeable.

Ok. Fortunately I'm a SAHM and very flexible as it took several trips to get the job done. Also, I wasn't a big job so that may have had something to do with it. When they were here very pleasant. Cleaned up well. Respected our home so overall not bad. I'll use them again. We have other small projects in the near term.

Contacted them on 12/22/14. They said they were not likely to be able to get out the week after Christmas. Called back then and confirmed for a 1/5/2015 appointment. Augie came on time and was very friendly and commpetent. Quickly fixed the faulty outlet problem (a tripped GFCI i didn't know about) and recommmended replacing the bad overhead fixtures in the garage since repalacing the ballast would be not that much cheaper and he could go from 8' flourescent tubes which are bulky and difficult to handle to 4' tubes that are easier. Approved replacing all three - one that was functioning OK and two that weren't - so we would have consistent tube size in the garage. Planned for two weeks later to do the work. Got a confirmation call from them the week before and they showed up on time on the planned date. However, it wasn't Augie but another staffer and they had only two fixtures. Apparently there had been a mixup in the order. Since the third one is working OK, I told them just to replace the two, which they did quickly and without any power outage. Happy with the new results and price seems reasonable. Would use them again for electrical problems.

They were competent.

Work went very well, done over 2 different work days. The crew was courteous, on time, and respectful throughout. The work completed was quality and done to our satisfaction. Since this was mostly punch work, there were lots of small easy tasks, and they did a great job of splitting them up and accomplishing them fairly quickly. As far as we can tell, Great Northern seems to be very competent, customer oriented, and we'd hire them again in the future should we need any more electrician level work to be completed.

GNE team was punctual and professional, did excellent work under adverse conditions.

Called, they came out, opted to take the alarm down, they left. Grumpy service person. Update: Great Northern saw my review on Angie's List, saw that I was not happy and offered a discount. So, have updated to include the better price and the willingness to put right.

It went great. Everything that was supposed to happen happened. They were really helpful and responsive when we had questions. Excellent work.
