They did the work and it turned out okay. There was one problem where the edge of the roof visibly sagged in the middle. They came out and did a repair to shim it up, but this should not have occurred to begin with in my opinion. Also they ordered the wrong size rafters and had to do some makeshift alterations to make up for it costing additional time and money which they said they adjusted but I am suspicious that they added on in other areas to pad the bill. They poured cement into a very serious weight bearing post foundation which was almost all rock and no cement. Still don't know how they got away with that and I am nervous that it might be a problem later but they said it was okay so I stupidly let them go with it. My biggest complaint was that they are price gougers and seem to want to add labor and material charges at every opportunity. I did not keep written records of the hours they spent on my house, but I did watch the clock and they were charging much more than it should have cost. I had them do a kitchen remodel which turned out nice, but they were about 50% over the original estimate and they did another separate project to add roof covers to the decking and they were about 35% over the original estimate. I liked one of the workers so I called him to ask him to assist me on putting a support post in my garage which was a simple job but I needed help. He came out and did the work in one hour. The company billed me for two hours. I complained and they adjusted it, but not until he laid a big guilt trip on me that they had to pay the worker two hours because that was how long it took him to drive to my house and then to his next project. Very poor customer relations in this case. So overall they are a professional company and will do the work and respond to complaints, but be ready to open your purse and pour everything out to them. They are greedy, greedy, greedy! Not an exaggeration, I can not recommend them and won't use them again.

We initially contacted them mid-February, and spent a fair amount of effort working out a scope of work (generally, getting responses in a week at best), until in mid April they finally bailed and referred us to someone else.
