After speaking with them twice during the week to confirm with them when they would be here they failed to show or call. I left them 4 messages trying to find them as we had a plumber waiting on them and I had to travel to try and get this job done in one day for a sister with special needs. She is now having to stay in a hotel as we were left without any hot water and still no call. Unprofessional people who obviously dont give a **** about others. DO NOT USE THEM!

I am so glad I used Angie's list to find a provider with good recommendations. This was the first time I've had something go wrong with my house this past year and it hasn't cost hundreds of dollars. Another electrician might have know what was wrong by my description but they could have come out and charged me a service call just to do the reset. Don said, "Let's see what we can do before we schedule an appointment." I can't tell you how rewarding it was that his suggestion solved the problem at no cost! He is now in my phone book to call for electrical problems.

Don (and Scott and Sharon) do a fantastic job. Don really tries to understand how you are going to use the spaces and what you want for lighting. He does a great job of thinking of things that you might not have realized and making sure those get wired in. Both our home and our commercial property are stunningly lit. Not too much, not too little. Just right. Don and Scott take their time but the job is done right. Call backs are RARE and virtually always have been from failure of a switch or the like, never anything with the wiring. There are NEVER any problems with the inspector. Don has been doing this for quite some time and has a loyal following of contractors. He may not have time to take on and quot;homeownerand quot; jobs, but if you can get him you are getting a real pro.
