Description of Work: A+ came out to do an inspection on my tank. First he didn't measure the sludge in my tank. Just said it looked good. I chose to have it pumped. After pumping the tank, the driver/pumper had no flash light, borrowed a very small penlight I had with me. He stuck his head in the tank and using my very dim flashlight told me I had a huge crack in my tank and proceeded to give me an estimate to fix it for roughly $2750. When I asked if he could take a picture of it to show me, he said he had no camera but asked if I wanted him to, he could use my cell phones camera to snap a shot. I thought this was unprofessional, if your going to tell someone they have a crack that needs fixing you should show proof. He told me I would get a letter from the county stating it was defecient and if I didn't correct it, I would be fined. I contacted the county and they told me the report was turned into them and it wasn't necessary for it to be fixed. He also didn't pump the small 100 gallon tank going to my drain field, but reported to the county that he did. Careful these guys are out to make extra money.

+ 0 moreI was happy with them. It didn't turn out to be a septic problem, but a blockage in the drain. I paid $200 for the septic check. They sent the plumber out and found a problem in my plumbing. It cost me $250.
Description of Work: A+ came out to check my septic because I thought I have a septic problem. They then fixed the drain.

+ -1 moreDon't use them unless you know that it is a job you can't, or don't want to do yourself. Because if they come to look at the job you are going to pay.
Description of Work: Provided an estimate of what it would take to rip out all underground outdoor gutter drains as snaking the existing drains would cause junction disconnection. No work was performed as I attached new corrugated drain pipes myself.
