Description of Work: Perfect customer service. All of my window coverings (a whole household full of drapes and Roman shades) were installed yesterday and they are beautiful. Hal, the owner, is only a phone call away. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Description of Work: Hal (owner) and his employee, Darcy, were both wonderful to work with. I will use Window-ology EVERY time I have any window covering needs. They are professional, very nice, and have great attention to detail.

Description of Work: The Windowology rep showed us various samples in low to high price ranges. Hunter Douglas was a very good buy in the mid price range and the quality was superior to the highest priced blinds. We are very satisfied and will use Windowology in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, and Hal (the owner) and his designer arrived on time to discuss what type of shade would look best in our den (3 windows). They recommended the perfect blind (shutters) for this style home and made the decision-making process easy, something I appreciate since this type of decision is generally hard for me. Hal installed the shutters as well as aluminum blinds for our laundry room. He did it efficiently and flawlessly, and they look beautiful. He also, at no charge, fixed some cords of our family room blinds which were hanging unevenly and looking pretty bad. Hal is excellent at what he does, both with ideas and installation. I also felt very comfortable with him in the home as he's genuine, sweet and fun to be around. I highly recommend Window-ology and would definitely use them again. If an A+ was an option! I'd give it gladly!

Description of Work: Replaced two Hunter Douglas narrow slat blinds, fit was fine, but they did not match the other blind in my bathroom, the new blinds had holes where the cord went through and they do not provide as much darkness as the other blinds. He said that he would make another matching blind, but I've not heard from him again. In retrospect, I would rather have all three of the blinds provide more darkness.

Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal back in February and connected with Hal a couple of weeks later to set up a time for consultation. Hal came all the way from Auburn to Snohomish, arriving on time! We had three very worn out mini-blinds. He took measurements, we selected the style and color, and a month later Hal came again and installed our new blinds. We are very pleased both with our new blinds and with Hal's (Window-ology's) professional service!
