Chris actually preformed inspections on two homes for us as well as a reinspection of repaired items on the one we are buying. Chris and his team were very helpful, thorough and professional and this resulted in our being confident in our recent home purchase. They were recommended by our realtor Sheryl McLaren and that recommendation was not wrong. I am extremely satisfied with the inspection, reporting and customer service they provide and give them my recommendation as well.
