Willy was very responsive, provided a huge selection of fabrics from which to choose, ordered samples for me, ordered my final selected fabric, and did pick-up and delivery at my home. The chairs look great, and with the foam padding replaced, my 20-yr old chairs look and feel like new. Thanks for an excellent service experience!

Although he remained on budget the work was late and not satisfactory. Admittedly, the pieces were intricate but the job was beyond his ability. He should have known this and admitted such at the outset. However, part of the fault lies with me because I went with the lowest bidder and should have known better. Willy was cordial and kept us updated on project status and discounted his bill based on the delayed delivery.

He was fantastic. He really paid attention to detail and he did a beautiful job.

I am very delayed in writing this review. Willy recovered two swivel chairs for us in a very timely manner. We needed the chairs by a particular date and he worked very hard to get them to us by this date - even though he was leaving for a vacation soon after I hired him. He was friendly, thorough, prompt and pleasant to work with. Willy even kept me updated with pictures during the process. I would use him again in the future.

Willy did a fabulous job reupholstering my dining room chair cushions. I brought the fabric and did a great job and exceeded my expectations. My family is so happy with the results!

This contractor was very helpful with my choice of fabrics and ordered large samples for my final approval. My furniture was picked up as scheduled, to coordinate with replacement of my condominium carpeting, and delivered on the promised date. I provided a down payment of half the contract for ordering of materials and the remaining fee upon delivery. He even included a senior discount without my asking! I have been thoroughly delighted with the outcome of the work and extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship. I am currently planning to have this contractor reupholster the seats of my dining room chairs. I offer an unqualified recommendation to anyone in need of upholstery work. Willy has long experience in his profession and is very pleasant to work with.

He was on it in the beginning on getting the material. He had a little flow in getting the actual project done. The pricing was fair. He could improve on letting us know whether or not he could take care of the project because he had some medical or family stuff issues during that time.

Contacted Willy by email, very prompt, and wanted to replace the fabric on our chairs before a large graduation party. Didn't have any idea about what type of fabric, but he suggested a website and also local Joanne's. Ended up getting fabric from Joanne's and due to our impending party, he was able to finish the job in one day! Very reasonable, the chairs look great and I would definitely recommend him and call on him again. Also he picked up and delivered my chairs at no cost!

I was very specific about the fabric I wanted. It was hard to find, but Willy persevered and found it. Looks great. This required many emails back and forth. He and his son came to pick up the furniture at the exact time they promised and returned them ten days later. We are very pleased with the work.

He did okay. He was real nice to work with. He had some family problems because his mom was in the hospital so he ended up delivering way later than our expected date. Overall, I would say I could have been happier. I didn't want to give him a hard time because he was having family issues and it wasn't anything he could prevent. He did an okay job. I thought he rushed it because he was behind schedule and he wanted to get it back to us quickly.

Everything went smoothly in all regards. I have nothing to add except that I am completely satisfied.

The process was longer than usual because I had a career change to work through, and Willy had a death in the family. We worked through all of those tough times, and the final restoration was beautifully done and absolutely worth every penny. The sofa and chair had been in a local family for five generations -- originally moved here from Montana. The set was in pretty bad shape externally, but the bones were still in really good condition. The 100+ year old set was purchased by me with the understanding that it would be restored. My goal was to give it another 100+ years in my family. Willy listened to all this, and was eager to work on a project of this scale. At the time I was looking for someone to do the job; Willy was the only one that contacted me who actually seem excited to get started on this project. That was when I knew this was the guy for the job. Willy picked up the 1909 Kroehler set and scheduled times to discuss upholstery options. Willy kept me updated on the status of both pieces as they went through the restoration/reupholster process. I received regular email and picture updates. I will definitely use Willy's Custom Upholstery for any future projects!

Within the time frame he proposed, he contacted me as soon as the chairs were done. He sent me a photo of one of the chairs. He delivered the chairs to my home withing 3 days of sending me a completion email and photo. The quality of work and finished products met and exceeded my expectations. The chairs are beautiful! I would wholeheartedly record this business to anyone requiring upholstery services! Willy picked-up and delivered chairs for no additional charge. He used the fabric I provided and had enough left over to do a matching stool for free! It was a great experience and they look beautiful.

Willy quickly responded to my emails inquiring of his service. I sent a picture of the chairs I wanted the seats recovered and he quoted me a price. I took the chairs to his home where his shop is located. We didn't talk about fabric, so after dropping off my chairs I went and purchased fabric from a nearby frabric store. Willy measured the seats and told me the amount of fabric to purchase. The chairs were ready in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier. I ddn't realize how broken down the seats were until Willy replaced the foam and covered the chairs. I will certainly use Willy in the future.

He's friendly. He does quality work. He's fast. He comes and picks up your furniture and delivers it.

Willy and I conducted all our communications via email, which is my preferred method. He has always been very responsive and asked for clarifications and pictures when necessary. It turned out that we need in-home consultation to determine the cost and he was punctual for our appointment. After looking at our sofa set and listening to our concerns and needs, Willy suggested that we re-fill them by ourselves which would save us a lot of money and give us a lot of freedom to achieve the comfort level we seek. He even told us where we could get the material and let us know he's ready to provide more information if we need it. I feel bad that we made Willy come out and not using his service. However, he had been all smiles and helpful the whole time! We will definitely go to Willy in the future if we ever need upholstery work done.
