Western Pacific Fence

Called and left message to schedule estimate. Received a call back the next day and scheduled estimate for six days later. Estimate went very well, professionalism and communication was good, and written estimate was particularly thorough and broke out options very nicely. Price was quite a bit higher than a few other estimates I received. Ultimately chose another provider with a significantly better price.

Without a hitch - very easy from a customer point of view.

Kevin arrived on time, walked the yard to check out all of the posts, then took measurements for a separate new fence project. The estimate arrived. I followed up with some questions and modifications, and received no response. I followed up after two weeks went by - still no reply.

Got several other quotes; by far the most responsive. Showed samples and provided detailed drawings for the panels. Had me walk the fence line where changes in ground level made decisions necessary, provided advice and listened to my input. Came on time, cleaned up afterward. Very happy with the results.

I was impressed that they gave a detail drawing of how they were constructing the fence since i was reviewing. The date they said they would be there they were. Remove, haul away old fence, and set poles. A week later they came and built the fence with new gates.

We initially asked for a quote from Western Pacific after seeing several of their completed fences in our neighborhood. Kevin took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and provided a very fair quote. The work was done in two phases - removal of our old fence, placement of fence posts - followed by the installation of the fencing. From start to finish, the job was done professionally. We are very happy with the final product and would highly recommend WPF.
