Smoke alarm troubleshoot

I let the owner and his assistant know I have more work for them. I was very pleased and comfortable with them in my home. The company juice is a amazing company I highly recommend there work. Dave, was on time and did a great job.

He was late to the appt. He worked for an hour. He sent me out to buy more very expensive supplies that he was supposed to provide. I felt pressured to pay him $3,500.00 cash as he requested. The receipt he gave to me was very vague and almost looked like it was written out for $35.00. The work didn't pass inspection so when I asked him to come back out he said he wouldn't come out until I paid him another $1,200.00. So I said forget it. It was a terrible job. He did break a piece of equipment I had already bought and when they left they actually took that broken piece of equipment with them.

They were pleasant and knowledgeable. They completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Did not do complete job. Over priced. Did not respect property. Called to discus my concern, rather than talking about any of my issues, Davids response was "cannot please everybody".
