Todd arrived on time and really understood what I was trying to accomplish. His design was above and beyond what I expected to be able to do. We agreed on a price ($600 less than the national custom designed closet company) and an install date. Our installer arrived on time and worked his tail off installing my new pantry. He even was able to add a couple of changes on the day of installation. I am so pleased with the efficiency and design of my new pantry. It was worth every dime. I would highly recommend this company.

Great! This is the second time we've hired The Custom Closet Company. We would absolutely hire them again in the future. Here are all of the things they do well: It's easy to reach them and schedule a design consultation. We've worked with Todd Eckman both times. Each time, Todd came back to us within a day or two with a detailed design and a quote. The quote was reasonable. The design was clean and attractive, matching our closet interior and aesthetic requests. They scheduled the work immediately and held true to their promised installation date. The first time, they were really busy, and the installation date was later than I'd hope it would be. It all worked out fine though. On the installation date, they work quickly and clean up the space well when they are done. The installers are friendly, courteous, and capable. For both jobs, they have been great communicators. I've never had to worry about the job being completed or being done well. In contrast, before I learned about The Custom Closet Company, I hired another closet installation company - they were a franchise for a nationwide company. They materials they used were shoddy, and the end product was not commensurate with the quality.

They did an excellent job. I like the closet, it gives me a lot more space. He was right on time for the appointment. I have already recommended them to others.

The Custom Closet Company designed and installed all the closets in our home and garage over the last 10 years. They are excellent at closet design and quick and efficient at both the design, estimating, and installation. Their products have held up well over all these years. They've always been pleasant and professional to work with.

The design of the closet was by far the best out of three quotes we got, and the price tied for the lowest bid. Customer service when it came to picking the materials and making a few requested changes were great. The company turned it around quickly and got us an installation date within 1 month. We were a little unhappy with the installation--only one guy arrived after 10 AM and it took him all day. He came with the wrong drawer pulls, which put extra holes into our drawers. He then went back to the shop and got the correct ones. We had the company come back to replace the drawer pulls to hide the extra holes they made. And replace a couple shelves that came with scratches. Now some drawers do not stay closed. Overall happy with the design, but regret not going with a different bidder.

My brother highly recommended this company after seeing me shopping for built in closets for months. I decided to give it a chance. My husband and I met with Mike Musick who used to worked for California Closet for many years on a Saturday. After the meeting, we were impressed with the way he could draw the rough layouts and gave us a quote on the spot. We were contemplating on prefabricated closets from IKEA but were advised against it because the size, price, and location of our house. Of course the price is more than Ikea but we got to upgrade the material and the a freedom to fit anything we want for our 3 closets (one is about 7x11ft , one is 7x19ft, and 9ft long closet for the mudroom). After months of getting quotes from other companies, we went with this company in a heart beat for all good reasons. About 2 weeks after the initial meeting, they were ready to install our closets but we were not ready due to some usual construction hiccups. As I'm writing this review, his team just finished their day two of installation. There's two more days to finish the rest. We could not be happier with the crew and their work. They were careful and even went out of their way to modify our ceiling trim to fit the closets and vanity drawers (done by another company) to fit the electrical boxes. This review and our future referrals are our thanks to Mike and his crew for making our life so much better. He arrived on time and got right to work after telling me that he was missing the 3 dividers for the one shelf but they would be installed later that day; when finished I was very impressed with the clean up. I expected to have to sweep and wipe the shelves off but it was done; Kathy, the designer called to be sure I was satisfied and told me to call her if I needed or wanted any modifications: additional shelves, pull outs, etc.

The designer came one day and took all measurements. Checked all important things like location of electrical sockets, etc. Todd then sent a great design that we loved. I made a few changes and finalized the work details very efficiently on email. I was surprised that all my little requests had been taken care of correctly. Their designs and especially their pricing was much much better than the biggest custom closet company we initially got a quote from. Very happy. Waiting to do more closets once I can convince my husband :)

I wanted a stack of lazy susans in one corner of the pantry. Other bidders on this job said that they didn't do that. When I asked Todd if he could add them in his plan, he said "We have never done that, but we can". This attitude won him my job. The installation couldn't have gone better, the Installers actually arrived early and went right to work in a very professional manner. They left the work area spotless and were a pleasure to have in my home.

I was very impressed with the company's integrity. I couldn't find my receipt from 6 years ago. They found my order and the specifics of what was done 6. They came promptly and fixed the problem plus checked out other closets to make sure everything was still fine.

Sandy Pedersen met with us for a bid, and after getting bids from four other companies we went with Sandy based on her personable nature and the price and quality of the product. Bids ranged from $995 all the way up to $2410 with comparable variables. Once revisions were made, Sandy scheduled the install and the two installers were here right at the time specified. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and had the job completed in a few hours. They left the area tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed overall and have recommended them to friends already.

SALESMAN CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER AND COMPANY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY CALL. HE WAS MOST HELPFUL IN DESIGN OF CLOSET SPACE, AS I HAD SOME ODDLY SHAPED CLOSETS. OVERALL PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT AND ATTRACTIVE.

DESIGN CONSULTANT WAS PROMPT AND HELPFUL IN THE DESIGN OF OUR CLOSETS. HE GAVE SUGGESTIONS IN REGARDS TO SPACE AND HOW WE WANTED THEM USED. FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION WAS QUICK, AND WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS.
