Description of Work: Jim Tedrick is very customer-service oriented. He helped me in 2001 (?) to replace the Torch Down roof on my 1963 home. In 2005, I moved and bought another house with a partial Torch Down roof. When it started to leak, I knew who to call--Tedrick Roofing. | |Jim has also come to my home to check on a composite area leak. Description of Work: I have already given Tedricks an A+++++rating in my review on your site. Their address is not in Bellevue- it is Auburn -at 37220 188th Ave. SE, Auburn,Wa 098092. | Everything about my roofing experience was top notch. All the workmen were prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Both John and Jim Tedrick were always professional. Jim kept a close eye on all the steps for the new roof- and went out of his way to answer and address all my questions. I would definitely use them again and refer anyone to them who is looking for a new roof.

Description of Work: Complete tear-down of old roof- and replacement of all parts. All workers were efficient, pleasant, and hard working. The crew that installed the shingles worked over the weekend and on a holiday to get it done. Jim Tedrick (owner) kept a check on all aspects of the job. (even swept my driveway on one visit.) John- his brother gave the original estimate and explained what would be done. At the completion of the project there was one item that had not been completed and it was taken care of within 24 hours. Some of the plywood did not need to be replaced and I was credited for that amount. Jim answered any questions I had and went over the bill when the job was done to ensure I understood all aspects. |I would highly recommend Tedrick's for any roofing job.

Description of Work: The company stripped the old roofing off the house and hauled it away. They applied new roofing material, new flashing and attic vents. They left the roof and the yard very clean.
