Great…Augustine helpful caring and efficient

It went excellent! Augustin showed up ten minutes early (impressive). He and his crew worked really fast. Had the all four posts cemented in, and the panels back up, and several of the pickets replaced boards with new within three hours! I couldn't believe how fast they worked and the fence is perfect. Augustin was very polite and professional. In addition, we had other quotes for twice the price. Other companies were charging $450 per post. Augustin charged $250 per post. The entire job was $1,100 including tax. I highly recommend Step by Step Construction and will use them again for any fencing work.

We were scheduled for the job to be done on Friday but he called Wednesday and said his previous job was completed early so we made plans for Thursday. They showed up on time, and got right to work. We had 2 fence panels blow down in the wind with the center post snapping off. They dug out the old post, cemented in the new post and repaired and rehung the 2 panels. They examined the rest of the fence and said it was good. Fence looks as good as new. I would definitely hire them again.

It went great. They replaced a fence post that broke during a strong wind gust. They also reattached two sections of fence that were knocked down when the fence post broke. I am very pleased with their quick response to my request and the quality of their work.
