When I contacted Greg, he did respond very quick. I was so excited about the work that could be done so quick. He promised that he gives a year warranty. He said that he is doing this for very famous people in Bellevue and I should trust him. When he sprayed the lawn,we noticed that there were some areas missing seeds. We told him at that moment and asked to fill it in. He kind of very nicely said that we should worry, he knows that it will be ok and that he can come back any time if it does not fill in the grass. I should have trusted my intuition and not pay him that day, but he seemed as a ice guy and since I have no experience with Hydroseeding, I trusted him. Time passes but the grass did not fill in those areas. We did everything he said -watering, fertilized. He tried to contact him to come back, but this time it went completely opposite then first time. Probably he is busy with the rich people lawns:( No matter how much I tried to shift my work schedule,he never can come when I am home , that I could show the areas.finally one day he said that he came and sprayed, but as I came home just couple hours after he left , I saw that he did not spray any seeds.he said that he saw some cut grass that was left in front of the yard. We are picking all the grass, fertilizing again, but it's not looking any better. I contacted him again regarding the warranty, he promised to come in April and fix it, but it's hard d to believe since he already came once( at least he said this) and did not do anything. I will write review again after the April to let everyone know. But my opinion is if you hire him, make sure the first day that you are happy the way everything looks after spraying, since you may never see him again. Laura

He was quick and efficient, very helpful. The grass is coming in great, looking forward to our new lawn!

Price quoted over the phone and they came out promptly to perform the work. Grass is now growing. The only issue I had with this contractor was he never told me that he needed to get paid on the spot and insisted cash for a 10% discount. I told him I wanted to see the job before I pay it (I can see it the next day) and I will be paying with a check. At no point before performing the work he said he needed money the minute he was done which is what he wanted. I insisted that he send me a bill, and after a few days I had to call him to remind him to send one. I paid him promptly after receiving the bill.

We prepared the soil with rototilling and raking. I looked at various companies in the area, including JP Instant Lawn (who seeded a previous yard of mine), and liked Spraylawn's website (http://www.spraylawn.com/) and reasonable price. (I decided against JB Instant Lawn because they had a backlog of three weeks, and I didn't want to wait that long.) Greg was able to come out about four days after I contacted him. Since I wasn't going to be home on the day of the application, I spray-painted lines on the dirt where I wanted the grass to be sprayed. When I got home, the lines were perfectly followed exactly where I wanted, and there was virtually no sign of any equipment or hose marks at my house. I followed the watering directions on his website, and within three weeks, the grass came up very well. The only problem I had was a section of the lawn that doesn't get much sun in the fall, and that only managed to get a thin "peach fuzz" of grass before the weather turned cold and the grass went dormant. Looking forward to seeing more growth in the spring and firing up my mower. The $500 price I paid includes a $50 discount for cash.

GREG WAS REALLY HELPFUL. I HAD HIM HYDROSEED ABOUT A THIRD OF OUR HORSE PROPERTY. WE SPLIT THE LAND INTO SECTIONS SO WE COULD ROTATE THE HORSES AND THIS WILL WORK WONDERFULLY. THE 750.00 COVERS BASICALLY A THIRD OF AN ACRE, ABOUT 5 CENTS PER SQ. FT. IN ANOTHER FEW MONTHS THE HORSES WILL BE ABLE TO ROTATE WITHIN.
