Despite heavy early morning traffic, Scott arrived on time. He put on shoe covers when he came into the house. He was quick to identify areas the water had leaked through that I had not even realized. It clearly showed that he has a very good working experience and being attentive to details. Having done a good amount of handy work myself, I found his explanation to be sound and his work was thorough and excellent. Cleanup was good. In total, it took him about an hour to identify and explain the problems, and then another hour to fix them. I would say his bid was very comparable to other major roofing contractors. Some may argue that it could be a lot more competitive. For this particularly project, I wanted someone to do a very good job. Scott certainly did!

Great. Scott came over promptly and fixed quickly, took photos of damage and repair. Also checked other areas of roof for deteriorated caulking and fixed those as well. When I had another roofing problem, he also came over promptly, advised it was out of his scope, and referred me to another company right away.

Skyriver's estimate wasn't the lowest we received but his explanation of the problems we were having and his plan for fixing things seemed the most logical. A couple days later, Scott and his crew showed up and started working as promised. The next day they finished up a great looking roof. The actual cost turned out to be lower than the estimate, saving us some dollars. We very happy with the professional job done by Skyriver.

Arrived timely, inspected roof, explained findings. Some minor action required in 3 areas to keep birds or squirrels from finding a home under some small eaves. Scott knew we were going to have our roof and gutters cleaned in a few days - and was honest enough to tell us that we really didn't need to have that service at this time. Saved us some money and earned him respect from us as a customer. Scott let us know that if we have any further problem with birds, to give him a call as he stands behind the work he did.

Scott showed up on time, took such crisp photos of damage (sent to our email), bid the job, explained the job in a nutshell. Considerate. Nice, in a genuine way. He rebuilt our crushed attic using his exceptional carpentry skills; rafters; decking; soffits; some siding, even replaced some ruined insulation, and then re-shingled everything tightly! He did it all. No surprises on bid. When we need a new roof (his company does complete roofing, as well, with a whole crew) we're calling SkyRiver, because Scott cares so much about the all-important construction that goes under the very attractive shingles. He is a perfectionist and is a third generation roofer who really knows roofs inside and out!
