Jim is friendly, easy to work with local and affordable. He wasn't concerned that it was just a small job. He didn't have a minimum charge . Will definitely use him again.

I am very satisfied from start to finish. We had to have this work done in a hurry. James looked at his schedule and said that it would be Monday before he could come out. Moments later he called and said that he could start Sunday. That made my day. James quoted a price and stuck to it. The cost was very reasonable, Silver Stallion Renovations does more than just floors. Give them a call. There was additional work, the toilet needed to be reset, and the baseboards put back on and the blind put back up. James done the additional work as well. I will use this Company Again. It's good to know that there is still honest and reliable Companies to rely on. Silver Stallion Renovations is a company you can trust and depend on.

Doc Tymas was my Green River College carpentry student on several projects in 2021. He showed great skills and potential working independently and on teams. For a tree farm in Maple Valley We built two control stations, repoured concrete and replaced porch post, poured a concrete pad and built a shed. In Bonney Lake, with a team of only 3 including Doc, we poured 800lbs of concrete to set about 20 posts, framed a three tier trex deck with wrap around steps and stairway. In Aburn we built a fence and did renovation work to install patio door replacement. Doc showed great autonomy and I was able to send him back to do work on projects without supervision. Doc and I both served in the US Navy as Hospital Corpmen, and did tours with the US Marines on Okinawa---thus his nickname "Doc". I highly recommend him for your home projects.

It went amazing. James Tymas is the epitome of customer service. I needed my tv mounted and not only did he provide an accurate estimate, he was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. While working he made sure to answer any questions I had that popped up without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing. It honestly felt like having someone I consider family inside my house. 10/10 would not only recommend but will definitely be using his services in the future for any household repairs or handy work that may arise. Great company that employs great people!
