My job was to remove two oversize items from my house and drop at the dump as part of a move (a badly damaged sofa and an oversize window shade). C.J. and Eric kept me informed as to their arrival time, arrived on time, were extremely courteous and friendly, removed the items without causing damage or disruption to my house, alerted me to a broken cell phone in the sofa, put up with my barking dog, and completed the job in less than twenty minutes. They did not exceed the estimate. A very positive experience for me. Will use them again.

They were friendly and courteous. They moved quickly and my friend helped fill the truck. I was told I would pay by truck load. My bill was $418. And I think the invoice said 3/4 truck . Not sure why it was so high. Also, they did not empty all cupboards and drawers as explained both before and after they arrived. I had to pay the cleaning company who came the next day extra to haul away junk. Very disappointed.

So. let us start off with the good. Customer service was fast and friendly, they had the appointment within 2 days. They submitted a blind estimate which is convenient because there should not be any surprises, right--more to follow here. The crew called ahead and showed up on time. They were very professional, courteous, straight shooters, did not need help, and well equipped. Everything I wanted gone, was gone. Here is the hiccup; the quote and actual price were off by about $400. When I set this project up in Angie, I had many choices and I chose them because they supposedly go by volume of load. I told the rep on the phone that I had big, heavy logs. I stressed this several times during the call. I said they are extremely heavy and not to ask for my help. The person on the phone assured me they got it. He quoted $99 assuming I only use the bottom of the truck and that he had an 18 feet truck. I was very clear about these logs. Crew shows up and says logs do not count as volume and are priced **differently**. He showed me a prepared menu of services and the cost. Turns out logs, rocks, dirt, etc are charged based on assumed weight. They charged me $576 and said that they were doing us a favor. Under normal circumstances, I would have sent them packing but I was under a time constraint to get the logs out so it was either pay the exorbitant fee or deal with other circumstances that would cost me equally as much. Since I agreed to this new fee, I do not have a leg to stand on, so I will just have to suck this one up, as painful as it is.
