Excellent. Good communication before start of project as to what exactly would be done. Workers were thorough: showed up on time, finished in agreed upon time line and did an excellent job cleaning up after project completed.

We just had our roof replaced by RoofSmart. These guys are top notch to say the least! The work ethic and attention to detail was commendable. Pedro was the foreman on site. His crew was run like a finely tuned machine. The sheet metal work done with the flashing looks like an artist did the job. Any identified problems or details were promptly and thoroughly addressed. The cleanup when the job was done was impeccable. They were the highest bid, but by comparison, it was worth the investment.

The RoofSmart team kept us updated with the schedule and allowed us to paint boards ahead of time. The installation team leader was very good about his attention to detail and aesthetic and communicative about choices available to us along the way. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with RoofSmart! Will was great at explaining what would be included, and getting everything set up. We coordinated with Omar, and then Jose and his crew did a great job replacing the roof. They were on time and finished the job in less time than was expected. The city inspector was impressed!

Good experience. Worked with Eric for the estimate; he was receptive of our needs and didn't put pressure on us. The communication during our roofing project was great with the company. Our new roof looks great. I'd recommend RoofSmart to family and friends.

Hired these guys to fix a few leaks I had in my house, they recommended a new roof would fix the issues. $18,000 later and not one of the three leaks stopped. They then said it was actually my siding and chimney and I should have known that. They also said they could fix it for a great price, almost $9000 more but that wouldn’t include the chimney. Jim came out as a representative of the company after I called upset that I had spent so much money and got no issues resolved only to tell me how great they did on the roof and it wasn’t their fault as they can only guess where damage might be. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself issues 6 month down the road.
