As I stated above the team arrived promptly when scheduled, went right to work, and did an amazing job including clean up and hauling away trucks load of debris. One more large maple tree remains for trimming a little later in the fall and we plan to have Rudy and his team provide our regular yard maintenance.

I called and left a message, Rudy called me back within 30 minutes and set an appointment for the next day. He showed up right on time and gave us a great evaluation on all of our plants, even taking thetime to explain how to prune in the future. After the estimate he came out the next day and did a great job! No one was home when he did the job, when we got home the job was done and everything was all cleaned up and looked perfect. This is a very good company and I will use them in the future. Thanks Rudy!

The experience with them was good. They cleaned up everything very nicely. They went over and above with the things they used to do. They were very conscientious in doing the detailed job.

He was late getting back to me because he was out of town, however, he seemed like a pleasant individual and I would look at using him in the future. I may want him to do things like put down some bark, irrating and for other smaller jobs.

I called a few different landscapers and Rudy was the only one to call back. He was very professional and great to talk with setting up the initial bid. He missed the first appointment time but had a great reason and called to reschedule for later that evening. He gave good advice and was flexible about working with my budget. Once decided, it took him about a week to actually call and set up work date/time and he called the night before he wanted to do the work. It ended up working out for me even though I was at work when the started. As we had discussed, I was to cut and drill the landscape timbres for the lawn edging while they installed them. I worked along side Rudy and one of his employees cutting and drilling as they installed behind me. Rudy is professional and friendly and his employee was hard working and knowledgeable. The Results: The yard looked pretty good afterwards. I had them remove some blackberry roots that were forgotten. The side house wasn't weeded real well but Rudy said I could just use some weed killer to finish the job. The weeds in the driveway cracks were left but they weeded the the curb. The lawn edging was pounded in without attention to lining up the ends so it looks awful. It was probably my fault for assuming that they would make sure the ends of the timbres lined up before installing. I showed a couple of the really bad ones to Rudy who tried for about 20 minutes to fix one. It was getting late so I told them not to worry about it. Again, nothing I really expect them to fix after the fact, just wish we would have been clear before hand. I will now have to redo all of that work which basically defeats the point. Again, I blame myself for not being specific but I was a bit surprised how bad it looked and that he was willing to leave it like that for me to fix. Overall, I was satisfied with the work I received for the money that I paid. I would probably go with him again but I would be very specific about all aspects of the job.

It went very well. The work was done while I was at work. I came home to an immaculate yard.

I wasn’t happy with them at all. They did a lousy job. They did the aerating but they didn’t do it for the whole yard. They did it partially and their machine broke. They never came back to complete the work. I would never recommend them to anyone. Their price wasn’t the cheapest but it wasn’t the highest too. They were very responsive but they did not do a good job. The owner was very professional but he had a poor crew and his machine broke. They came when they said they would come out.

I contacted a couple of different services. Rudy Rollolazo came out the same day I called, walked over the area with me, pointed out several things I hadn't considered (some of the stuff along our stairs for example). Once we decided to go with Rudy, he had his people out that Monday (called him the weekend before). They were there right around 8 a.m. and started work. The areas that needed cutting were taken care of, the pine that was getting overwhelmed by ivy was cleaned up. A lot of work done in a few hours that we couldn't do ourselves, or would have taken weeks. We had one minor glitch (Rudy had left before the job was done, so there may have been a little confusion as to how far the workers were supposed to go and do cutback and cleanup), but Rudy made it good. He also directly honored the 10% coupon from Angie's List by deducting it on the invoice, so the final bill was less than the initial estimate. I was able to talk to Rudy on the phone several times. He is very easy to deal with, professional and pleasant, and knows his stuff. Overall they did an excellent job: amazing how overgrown things were and now I can walk down the stairs without ducking! (which will makes things much safer as winter comes on.) I would have no hesitation using his services again, and most likely we will need them! I would also recommend him to others.

I like them very, very much. When they put down the soil it had some little rocks in it and I contacted Rudy, the owner, about it. We discussed it and they said that they would try to fix it and if I did not like the way that it turned out they would redo it in the spring. I got a new load of soil and they spread it for me. Rudy is an honest person and I like dealing with him, because he has some plant knowledge. They have been responsive to me. I plan to continue using them in the future.

The yard was in bad shape. After he completed the work the yard looked wonderful. He even swept the walkways etc.

Response to quote request was swift and they showed up on day they promised to do work. Yard looks great and we are using them now for on going maintenance. Owner is straight shooter and easy to work with.

Rudy came to our place to clean-up what a previous landscaper did not do and he did an excellent job. Rudy is very personable and knows his stuff. I don't think there was a plant or tree he couldn't name. I would highly recommend using him for any weeding, pruning or anything you may need done in your yard. The best thing about his company, he came out when he said he would and he DID THE WORK RIGHT!! That seems to be becoming rare these days.
