RESTORX OF WASHINGTON

They manipulated there way into my home by using the same work order to tarp my roof from the fire. Inventored small useless items which cost way more than just yhrowing it away. Took things out of yard thst were unaffected like metal plant stands to pad their bill. Micategorized many many items items to pad their bill. Balnk picture w description of "decor". They will get over 100k of policy money while i get 48k due to their padding and not including my most expensive items. Estmate of belongings was off by 120k. Wanted to hire public adjuster but yhey threatened to quit. I now have hire a public adjustor who will take 10% of total. Do jot hire them, they are incompetent. Work stopped for a week while one person went on vacation and worker brought a toddler to run around house unsupervised.

It went great. They worked very hard to get the tarp on right. It was super awkward because of how ripped up the roof was but BARB and MAX did an awesome job!!!!

Restorx came out the same day that I called, the crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They explained all the steps they were taking and gave a clear timeframe of when they would be done. I would hire them again.

We called them out to assess water damage in our kitchen after we discovered our faucet was leaking. They were quick to respond and had Alex, Pablo, and Ryan out the next day. The damage was more than we could see with our own eyes so I'm glad we got them out when we did. It was stressful to think about life without our kitchen for a while but they were very kind and helped calm our nerves by thoroughly explaining the process to us. They had their pack-out team Jericha, Amber, and Stephanie, out the following day to pack up our kitchen before they could begin the work. They set up a makeshift kitchen for us in our living room and hauled away everything else. We were very happy that we didn't have to lift a finger. When they came back the next business day to do demolition and the water damage clean up, Eric, Mike, Josh, and Pablo were very professional and hardworking. I couldn't believe they got so much done in one day! Someone has come out each day to check in and I feel confident in their knowledge and abilities to get the job done properly. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

They came out within a day or two but it went downhill from there. Communication was horrible. They told me they would begin packing out 3 specific rooms. When I came home they had done a room they weren’t even supposed to touch which had my office computer and very important paperwork that I have now had to go over 5 months without. They were supposed to dry out the massive water damage throughout my house and begin to pack belongings. My family and I were staying in a hotel because damage included bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We returned home one day to find several garbage bags full of our belongings mixed with other garbage of theirs. When I called to speak to a supervisor about it, they had an on call tech who is just an employee call me back. The next day I called and asked to speak to the owner. When he got on the phone and I explained the situation he made the situation even worse. He made up excuses for why he couldn’t speak to the people who had actually been to our house. When I said if they are throwing my things in the garbage, it makes me wonder what they are putting in their pockets. He said “lady I don’t just hire anyone off the streets. My employees know if they even touch/eat an apple they would be fired on the spot” I said if that’s the case then why would they throw my things away? He couldn’t answer me and said “what exactly is it that you want me to do?” I told him I want to know why my things were thrown out and I want to know what else is missing/or was actually dumped that I didn’t see. He said “well I can’t do anything until your house is done and you get everything back and can go through it” That was 5 months ago. My house still isn’t complete but their office continues to harass me about signing a completion of services form so they can get paid. I have emailed and spoken to them several times telling them I am not signing anything until I have all of my things back and we have worked something out for my property that was destroyed. Initially they were supposed to be getting the whole job, mitigation, pack out and construction. My insurance agent initially recommended them because they were on a preferred list, but he has since filed a complaint against them as well because of the issues that happened at our home.

Contrary to its name Restorex does not restore. They cut sections out of your wall and ceiling and dry out the moisture. You must then hire a drywall specialist to restore the walls. Restorx seemed to be the most professional and well equipped of the contractors who made bids on my job. Responsive? The initiate survey was done almost immediately and the workers arrived when they said they would but trying to get management to return my calls was very frustrating. In the final analysis the work was done promptly and professionally. They took every precaution to protect my property.

They drug things over the existing carpet, left tools after they finished and were not very professional. They were prompt, enthusiastic and did a fair job.

It was awesome. They are on time and very professional. Their boss came out to my house to make sure that everything is going right.

However although I contacted them 3 times to get the estimated I never did get one. They did call me about my property in Everett? I don't have property in Everett and when I told them that and that I was still waiting for my estimate for my property in Puyallup I never heard back from them. Why would I trust work to a company so disorganized and unwilling to follow through.

RESTORX SHOWED UP PROMPTLY WITH THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO BEGIN THE RESTORATION OF OUR HOME AFTER IT FLOODED. THEY SHOWED UP DAILY TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS, AND WORKED CLOSELY WITH CONTRACTORS AND INSURANCE COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY, WERE ALWAYS PREPARED WITH THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT, SHOWED CONCERN AND COMPASSION TO OUR FAMILY AND MADE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH RESTORX WAS OUTSTANDING.

THEY WERE RIGHT ON THE JOB WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF CALLING THEM. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND COMPLETED THE JOB VERY QUICKLY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR COMMUNICATION WITH US AND DEDICATION TO GETTING IT TAKEN CARE OF AS QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY AS POSSIBLE.
