3 leaking faucets on Christmas Day, snowy day. Sandeep was willing to drive from Auburn to Bellevue to be at my house before 7 am to work around my work schedule. He used shoe gloves in order that my floor would be clean. Thank you. He also needed to purchase a new faucet and some tube hoses.

Great, everything was done in a reasonable amount of time and the cost came with a lifetime warranty. Very professional service, and went the extra mile in providing extras not called out in estimate. Would recommend them to anyone!

Red Cedar sent Michael very promptly. Michael and I believed leak was from u-tube. He replaced it and it was much better. After Michael left I noticed there was still a very slow leak from the basket strainer so the next day I called. They again sent Michael immediately and determined the strainer needed new putty which he applied. This did the rest of the job. They didn't charge me for the second visit which is a testament to their standing behind their work. I was very happy with their responsiveness and Michael's demeanor and professionalism. We definitely will use Red Cedar again.

The project took multiple visits and ordering several parts. Sandeep and another plumber Randy did a fantastic job. Very professional and all work was quoted prior to the start of the job. Reasonable price for the amount of work and all the parts. Compared to other larger plumbing companies, these guys are great and will not take advantage of customers who are not familiar with the cost of plumbing repairs

I had excellent service from Red Cedar Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. A different plumber wanted to cut into the ceiling to see where leak was coming from. Thankfully Red Cedar Plumbing came out and was pretty certain the leak was from the toilet. He was right! He replaced the wax ring and cleaned up after the job. He was courteous, professional and knew his business. If I have a plumbing job in the future, I will definitely call Red Cedar Plumbing!

The repair to the water pressure went very quickly. Michael doubled checked are valve that we had replaced due to a leak. He stated that the valve was replaced correctly so that was not the problem. He continued to search for the reason for the poor water pressure and quickly discovered that a filter in the faucet attachment was clogged. He took the piece apart, cleaned the filter and removed the material causing the clog and almost instantly the water pressure was restored. Michael then looked at the valve in the garage that we wanted replaced. He gave me an estimate for cost and time to make the replacement. I agreed the price and the amount of time it would take to make the replacement so he proceeded to get the job done. Michael was on time, polite, pleasant to work with and completed the work requested in a timely manner. He explained everything he was doing and why we had problem with the water pressure and why the plastic handle had cracked. I liked this company a lot. When I called the woman who took my call was polite, took my information, and gave me an estimate of when she would return my call with a time to make the service call. The service technician, Michael arrived on time the next day and did a great job. Finally, the cost of this repair was very reasonable which a pleasant surprise. We will definitely use this company again.

Sandeep and his employee David, came out to my apartment to try and figure out what was causing this issue and they decided it needed to have a snake run through it. There was so much hair and gunk clogging the drain. They cleared it all out and now it is draining fine and no longer filing up when I'm in the shower. They were so quick and very friendly, it was a pleasure to work with them!
