Red Cedar Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Called service at 9am. Arrival of plumbing technician was estimated for 12 (noon). Provider arrived around 2pm. Maybe they had other calls but responding agent should track better to give better estimates. Work performed with professionalism and quality. Due to lateness, I figured they weren't going to come and was just about to call another service.

Sandeep from Red Cedar was great to work with! His crew came in on a weekend to do a full re-piping of our house. They were friendly, hardworking, and made sure the work was done. I would recommend them for any plumbing work in the future.

I panicked yesterday when it snowed here and I'd forgotten to turn off the hose. As I turned the faucet handle, it broke off in my hand. The good news was that the water inside the pipe was frozen, or my backyard would now be a swimming pool. I visited Angie's List like I always do, searching for plumbers in my area. I immediately got Happy on the phone, explained the situation and asked her if she could send someone out to the house. She promised to call me tomorrow afternoon (today) and let me know the availability of her plumber. As it turned out, she called first thing this morning (8:00 am) and told me that someone would be out in a few hours. She promised to let me know when he was on his way. David showed up shortly after. He was AWESOME. He thoroughly explained what he needed to do and kept me current as he went through the process. He was polite, neat as a pin and very efficient. I wish every service person I hired were as easy to deal with as David was. In no time at all (under an hour), David had replaced the outdoor faucet, showed me the various water shutoffs in the house and told me about the one year guarantee. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this company, and David, a 10.

Housecleaner noticed a small, intermittent leak on the cold water feed to the toilet tank. Called Red Cedar to replace the connector and spigot and also look at a troublesome tub faucet. It was MUCH more complex and extensive a problem, but the plumber saw everything and got to work. What might have taken an hour or less ended up eating almost seven hours and involved cutting through a wall, removing a toilet and brainstorming solutions with his boss. Bottom line, everything got fixed and a far, far bigger problem was averted. I also learned a lot about what's behind the walls, what a potential problem looks like and how prior amateur work can lead to big (and expensive) issues down the road. Grateful for this provider and happy for the discount coupon! We will certainly use Red Cedar again in the future.

Red Cedar Plumbing is a fantastic company to work with. As many projects go, we needed someone to complete our rough-in plumbing on short notice and they knocked it out of the park. Red Cedar plumbing was punctual, very competent and a joy to work with. I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I messaged this company originally through Angie’s list and they called me to set up an appointment. Once I let them know where I was located they backpedalled because of the distance even though it was in my original message to them. They told me they would need to reach out to one of their plumbers to see when their schedule was free next. After that interaction, over a week went by before I had somebody contact me. By that time I’d moved on with another company. Additionally when they do call they don’t leave voicemails, which for someone who is busy and on the go like myself is rather annoying. Will not use them moving forward.

This is the second time I've used them. It went really well. They are the best. I look forward to using their service again.

Very well. Sandy arrived on time and gave me a reasonable quote on all the small jobs I needed done. After I approved the price he and his assistant accomplished everything in about an hour. He advised me that I need a new water tank and offered me a good price on it; I may have him back to do that job. Courteous and professional.

Red Cedar did an excellent job with this project as they have with previous projects they've done for me. The price was very reasonable and they provided many extra services such as scoping & jetting as part of the cost. The company's professionalism is really what makes them shine though. Red Cedar goes the extra mile to ensure you're a happy customer though their customer service. They're a relatively small operation but the result is that they truly care more than any other plumbing company I've hired.

We used Angie's List for an emergency repair for a leak on our water main. Red Cedar Plumbing called within 10 minutes of our request and had someone out later that afternoon (Friday) to assess our issue. They said they could have their plumber out to fix it Saturday morning which was great news to us. The price they quoted was fair, in our estimate, and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly. When the workers arrived the next morning, they were very professional and clearly explained the work that was needed. We did need an additional part installed which increased our price, but they had the part available so it didn't delay the repair. After they finished and turned the water back on, no leak was detected. We really appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of Red Cedar Plumbing.

The staff led by Ajit were prompt and efficient. I I would highly recommend them. There pricing was very fair compared to others I checked and the quality of work was excellent.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! They came out next day after I called and handled everything quickly and very efficiently. The young man who installed was very professional, knew what he was doing, did all the checks after installation to see properly working, and so friendly and nice! This is the second time we have used this company and both times had such good service and we will continue to use definitely in the future and refer to friends and neighbors!

Sandy, of Red Cedar Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, completed the work stopping the leaking outside faucet. He had the correct equipment, tools, and replacement parts readily available when he arrived. The water supply to the house was turned off for only a short while. I appreciate Red Cedar Plumbing's quick response and fast repair. I made and appointment at 9:00am. 11:00am rolled around and nobody had showed up or even called. I called them and I was told he was on a complicated job at the moment and he didn't know if or when he could get to me. I told the lady that I would be taking my business elsewhere.

They did an amazing job. Such polite people and they went over and above on the service and the work they did. I am so pleased I will get them to do other work too.

Excellent! I’ve used Sandeep twice now and have received incredible service. He is very knowledgeable, gets to my job as quickly as possible (he even came on a holiday weekend!!) and does a great job at a very fair rate. I have recommended him to my friends and will continue to do so.

Recieved an immediate response to my inquiry. Plumber came out next day(on time, and onLaborDay weekend!) and fixed problem. Charge = estimate which was very reasonable.

I called Red Cedar Plumbing in the morning and request a call back from a plumber. I received a call back from Justen in the afternoon. I described to him what the problem was. He gave me a rough estimate and arranged a next day appointment with me. Justen came on time and replaced the leaky hose of the tall kitchen faucet quickly without any problem. He was very efficient and courteous. I was very happy with the experience.
