The guy they sent out arrived within 30 minutes of me calling. He used a snake to clear out whatever was clogging my toilet so bad. He was very nice and finished the job in under 30 minutes as well. So all in all, it was only an hour out of my day. Money well spent in my opinion.

They arrived on time and did a good job installing a new toilet we had purchased. They cleaned up, removed the old toilet and gave us advice about how to prevent future problems. We would call them again for future plumbing services.

It went great. Sandy and Randall showed up within hours of my initial call to diagnose the problem and when they determined my pump wasn't working they came out the next morning and replaced it. The work was done quickly and professionally. Also, we had an Angie's list coupon for 10% off that somehow went overlooked when we settled our bill but was honored the following week when I called back and mentioned it. The pricing was reasonable and I would recommend Red Cedar Plumbing.

It went better then I anticipated. The lady I spoke to sent out a man named Sandeep and he was in and out within 30 minutes. It was spectacular! He was very quick and efficient and got the job done.

Work was completed on time and he was very knowledgeable. Great guy. Will sure hire again.

I was far from disappointed, the two men that came out to fix my dishwasher were extremely polite and professional, seeing as I work in a professional setting, this was very important to me. They were very timely about the matter at hand. They discovered that it was in fact because two straws had somehow made their way through the dishwashing cycle and had been clogging the drain. They got my dishwasher drain unclogged and were on their way! I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber, especially if you are looking for effectiveness and professionalism!!!

I called the company above regarding my toilet issue and I was told they would send someone out within the hour. When the guy showed up he was very efficient in snaking my toilet and now my toilet works like its brand new :)

The man who came out was extremely professional and unclogged my drain. It was much easier dealing with this company then it has been for me in the past.

Excellent. Technician was half hour late due to traffic, but that is understandable. he was polite and professional, got the job done in half an hours. He gave me suggestion as to how to improve it with jet blasting for better results next time. I highly recommend the firm!

The owner of the company did inspection and suggested best option for me that would prevent further costs in the future. Everything went according to plan and the price was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be performed. He went out of his way not to disturb the concrete driveway by tunneling under it to the house.

Mr. Mike was very professional. He explained the scope of the services that needed to be performed. We were given an estimate before work was performed. He worked fast and efficiently. He did a great job. We would seek to hire him again.

I was very please with the service!! When your line breaks it’s a shock and frustrating to say the least. Sandeep was very timely with his services. There was a lot involved with removing concrete and digging up the yard. Sandeep and his team did an amazing job.

We have a toilet replacement and it was very streamlined they turned around within 24 hours and did exactly what they said they're going to do In the future if I have any plumbing needs to be done in any of my properties they're the ones I'm gonna be calling - very pleasant over the phone as well

Sandeep does a great job. He is very knowledgeable and is very professional. He likes to explain what he is doing, so that you will come out with more plumbing knowledge than before. He charges reasonable rates and sometimes if he has to do extra work (such as running a snake to clean up things), he doesn't charge more than what he would have already quoted. Couple of times, he gave us one of the better clog removers that plumbers use, instead of buying off the shelf ones from HomeDepot.

Red Cedar gave us a written estimate a week or so prior to our appointment. They communicated with us as to when they were going to arrive and how traffic was. Sandy found some issues that he was not really expecting and explained the issues, and why it was taking longer than was expected. Even though it took longer he honored his written estimate, which we appreciated. I thought his communication about the complications of our particular house(from 1941) was helpful. We own another commercial property and will call Red Cedar Plumbing when our next plumbing issue arises.
