Did estimate same day I called and did the job the next day. I have already referred them to two friends looking for roof work to be done.

He was fast, professional, and affordable. I am hiring him for other jobs around my house.

Job was to repair and do maintenance and add new gutters on a roof that I wanted to last two more years before replacing. I worked with Juan and he has been great. He listened to my explanation of what the problem was before jumping in with a solution. His work has been good and I have RDS scheduled for a couple more jobs already.

Both contractors were courteous and gave me a very good rate even tho' the repair was more extensive than I realized. I was contacted within the hour and they were able to show up same day. Would like to use RDS again on another project. Hope they are available.

I had a roof leak in one of my valleys. Turns out the previous roofers had installed the valley shingles incorrectly. I called RDS on a Friday and Juan was there Monday to give me a quote on the spot. They showed up that Wednesday and completed the job in one day. Wow, talk about quick response. I'm still waiting for two other companies to call me back over a week later! Great job, quality work, and perfect clean-up. Thanks Juan, Brian, and crew.

We shacked hands on the deal and he went beyond.....not only fixing my roof he helped me get a huge heavy pool table dismantled and out of my garage, which was part of the deal....long story, but anyway I 'm going to try to let them paint a room for me also.....funds hold me back!

Juan was great to work with. They finished our roof in one day because of expected rain on the second day. So, they finished early and the final bill ended up being less than the original estimate because he didn't need to replace as many boards as originally estimated. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. We liked him and his crew so much we will be contracting them for another job in a few weeks. Juan was very honest and trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. It is refreshing to find a person that is as honest and hard working as Juan in today's society.
