We recently worked with Rain Pros to fix the underground drainage pipes on our property shortly after moving into our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Joel and his team were fantastic—rather than pushing the most expensive solution, they carefully assessed the situation and provided a thoughtful, cost-effective plan. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and even though they had to dig up parts of the yard, they put everything back so perfectly that you’d never know it had been disturbed. We recently purchased a house and soon discovered an issue with flooding in the crawlspace. Given that the house was built in 1959, the original underground drainage system, consisting of concrete tile, was clogged with dirt, causing water to seep into the crawlspace. Our first call was to Northwest Crawlspace, who recommended Rain Pros for a new underground drainage system. Joel from Rain Pros visited us, demonstrating extensive knowledge and genuine kindness without any pressure to make a sale. He was calm, professional, and attentively listened to our concerns. With nine downspouts across two buildings, many surrounded by concrete, this was no simple job. Rain Pros provided a quote that was surprisingly lower than our expectations. Despite the positive feedback we heard about Northwest Crawlspace and their recommendation, we decided to obtain two additional quotes to ensure we were getting a fair price. One company quoted nearly double, and another was about 80% higher but missed several items in their estimate. We chose Rain Pros, and when Lucio and his crew arrived, their friendliness and professionalism were immediately evident. They maintained an organized and tidy work environment throughout the project, allowing me to inspect their progress freely. They protected our windows, walls, and bushes while cutting concrete and used drop materials when digging. During the final walk-through, I was amazed at how meticulously they replaced the sod on our lawn, leveled the dirt near our foundation, and poured level concrete over the cut areas, making it almost unnoticeable that they installed nearly 300 feet of PVC pipe. They hauled away all debris, leaving our property cleaner than before, and completed the job within just one day with plenty of daylight to spare. Rain Pros exceeded my expectations in every way. RainPros sealed and installed drainage to stop water leakage through our basement wall. They were very competent and professional, and handled the job with a minimum of disruption to us. They kept us informed as the project progressed and at the end restored the site to its original condition. I highly recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with Joel and his team (Marques, Paul, Salvadore and Jose). We had a leaky basement, and Joel came up with a solution that will solve the problem, sealing the wall and diverting water from the uphill side of our 1911 house. The team was prompt, skilled (GREAT diggers!), knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly appreciated the willingness of Joel and Marques to take the time to explain the process. I recommend them highly!

After replacing a leaking valve in my lawn irrigation system threes times and charging me each time, the valve quit working altogether and it still leaks. They left the area around the valve control box uneven and the lawn torn up. I furnished a valve box to replace the existing box, which they ended up destroying but cutting off the base of the box, leaving no support for the box to prevent the the box from sinking. additional comments: Jason reached out to us to correct all the issues and they've resolved the problem professionally

Job done but repairs didn't last and had to be redone

I called on the 28th of March and their message said that they are not taking new clients. I did leave a message for them to call me back but I received no response. If they are not taking new clients they should not be on the list. They only have one chance to make a good first impression but they blew it.

Very well. They put in french drains, explained what they were doing and went over the project when it was finished. Did a very nice job putting the back yard back together where they needed to dig. Would definitely use them again.

I had a challenging project to remove and then install new irrigation piping and control valves around my property. They brought in the right size crew for the job, and were able to complete this work in just one day. Rain Pros teams were knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, giving me several possible solutions and making a good final recommendation so that the job would be done correctly and within stated cost estimate. I would certainly recommend them for any irrigation system repair, modification or new installation.

A small project to install about 10 feet French drain along the foundation to divert rain water. It went well. Joe came out for quick estimate and recommended to have service department handle the project. Scheduling is easy. There was a mix-up on what needs to be done, but they made it up with free drain clean and inspection. The work was complete quickly and professionally. Definitely hire them again if needed.

RainPro was terrific! They had to work around a difficult, pre-existing landscape design, requiring problem-solving throughout. The crew was very courteous and responsive to my particular requests. They showed pride in the detail and quality of their work. The rock garden they had to rebuild is better looking than it was before. I appreciated the offer for future help should I forget their helpful instructions to add drip lines myself for a section of yet-to-be-planted garden.

I was able to schedule a FREE estimate in just a few days. Brandon showed up on time and was very friendly, informative and professional. I was able to schedule the job on the following week. The crew of 5 showed up, dressed professionally, on time and got right to work. The second day a crew of 3 finished the job up. Marcus was the Lead on the job and did a great job leading the crew and getting everything done. I appreciated that all of the employees were punctual, neat and dressed in a company shirts. Gave a very professional appearance. The company vehicles, trailer and equipment all looked cared for and neat. If a company cares for their equipment and the appearance of their employees, I find that they will be more likely to care for my property and do a neat, clean job. As with all irrigation systems, they take a little tweaking after they are installed to get everything just right. When I need some adjustments to the drip system they installed, they came out very quickly and took care of it. No problem. Before they finished installing the system, I got an email to set up an account with Hydrawize(irrigation controller). When I did, Rain Pros had already set up my system and programmed it for me. Now I can run my system from an app on my phone...LOVE IT! I would highly recommend Rain Pros for your irrigation needs (I already have referred them to some of my friends!).

As usual, they did an outstanding job. This is the fourth time I've used Rain Pros services (drain tile installation, addition of topsoil to roll and level lawn, over seed existing lawn). Their crew is hardworking, prompt and professional. They are very knowledgeable and skilled. I have never been disappointed.

HORRIBLE customer service! The job was supposed to take 1 visit. It took 7 visits which spanned almost 2 months. The majority of that time was spent waiting for calls back about when they were coming out again. The crews, when they came, were hardworking, but there was always a reason they couldn't finish the job. Either the concrete saw was in the other truck, the person sent wasn't the "right" person for that type of repair, they had other appointments that day so no time to finish. Each time that happened, they wouldn't come back until I called. It would take days for them to return my calls. Ultimately, they did finish the project. BUT, this weekend I turned on my sprinkler system for the season and water is bubbling up through the ground in the exact area they dug for the drainage system. My sprinkler line is either cut, broken or disconnected exactly where they dug. I have left two voicemails but have heard nothing back from them in 4 days. I will now have to pay someone to come fix my sprinkler line and I'm not happy! Edit: This is an add-on to the review I left on 5/19. I was contacted by manager, Aaron, who asked me to let them make this situation right and I agreed. They came out the next day and fixed the sprinkler line that was damaged by the previous crew. My sprinkler system is working fine now. Through all of this very frustrating experience, I'd like to compliment Carson for always being friendly, hardworking and caring about doing a good job.

Angi recomended this company. They called right away. That's when the good service ended. I have called leaving voicemails, emailed and even filled out their new customer form online. It will soon be two weeks and no call back to set up appointment. They obviously don't need or want any new customers. If you can get them to respond maybe they do good work but that is the catch getting them to even give a courtesy of reply to my many requests.

Over a 2 week period I sent two requests through Angie, then a text using Rain Pros own website, I then called and left them a message, and I also filled out their “general service agreement” on line, which it appears they want you to do before they bother contacting you (their voice mail when you call them said someone will contact you in a couple days after you complete the form, but if you have not heard from them in “2weeks” to call them!). I received no communications. I called them again today and finally was able to talk to a live person who told me they are too busy to take on new customers but if I still want to use them in 3-4 weeks to give them a call to see how busy they are. I lost 2 weeks hoping I could schedule something with them. I suspect this company does decent work since they specialize in irrigation systems but their up front customer service sucks, which may or may not be a reflection of their actual work. It’s great they have so much work, but a simple change in their voice mail answering service and/or something on their website that states they are not taking on new customers would have sufficed. I will never bother trying to use them in the future and will advise others not to either.

The work has been excellent. Good communication and service. Problem solved unexpected issues and stayed within promised budget.

Went great! Two service techs fixed the elbow joint that kept blowing off and reburied it under the sand and decorative rock that I had pulled out ahead of time. They also went above and beyond (without being asked) to tighten three drip heads that were coming loose and also fixed a sprinkler head pattern to get rid of a dry spot in my landscaping. It was nice that they checked to make sure the whole system was running correctly before they left.

Very well, they went beyond what I expected.

They cracked a fitting when tightening three times. Multiple people were there working on it. It took at lease twice as long to finish than expected. It appeared to me that they were very inexperienced. May 2020 I turned the water valve back on after the system was winterized and unused for 8 months.The repair failed as water gushed out, flooding the underground box and running down the street. The box is over 18" underground and we had a very mild winter. We had never had a problem with leaks in 30 years. After calling Rain Pros last Thursday to see if they would fix their bad repair, they said they only guarantee their work for 30 days. I asked to talk to the owner and they said they would have him call me. It's been 6 days now and they have not called me back and will not even answer the phone.
