The company gave me a contract that stated it would take 6 days to complete the project, they would clean up after the work, and put my furniture back in place. The workers were pre-occupied on their cell phones and texting girlfriends, they spilled floor finish on my vinyl and after 3 promises to fix it, they used a solvent that ruined it. They accidentally dropped an item on the floor while texting, it got caught in their buffer, and they scraped circles through the finish and the wood. They dented my refrigerator. They spilled finish on my stair carpeting, tried to removed the spill and took up part of my commercial grade carpet. They made 4 attempts to fix their mistakes. Each time the finish turned out with multiple types of shine, smears, windshield wiper looking marks, and puddles. The agent (Oscar Castillo) apologized over and over, realized after calling the finish manufacturer that he had not stirred the finish before applying, and promised to come back and make it right. He came back and made it worse. Then when I told him I wanted my money back he tried to trick me with a limited endorsed check. Each time he works at attempting to fix his errors, we all have to find elsewhere to stay, he does not clean up after himself, and the only thing he has going for him is his ability to show remorse. I was very kind to the agent and his workers, I gave them ice cold drinks, hot lunch, and treats. In return I got approximately $10,000 worth of damage and a seriously botched job and my floor. I have had three bids since and each flooring contractor shakes his head in dismay. I regret ever giving this man my business. Now the next company that comes to fix has to sand all the thick coats off my floor, I have to have my furnace cleaned, and major repairs done. This is the first time a contractor has put me in tears, and I had this house custom built.

I've used them several times in the past but this time we got the works. They cleaned stains and pet stains around the house. They're always on time and have great customer service.
