Very responsive and patient with my requests. Excellent work! Would definitely hire again. I had very bumpy interior walls and they now look like butter!! Very satisfied! He was also patient and upfront with my request to stain my cedar ceiling and paint my beams. It turned out great! I hired a different outfit to do some other painting and was very disappointed and anxious about hiring another crew. So glad I did! I just wish I would have had him do the other job! Oh well :)

Luis is everything you could want in a contractor: High level of honesty and integrity, excellent prices, attention to detail, responsive and upfront communication, helpful, and isn't done until the job is done perfectly. I highly recommend him and will go with him again if we have other needs. He is good at more than just painting. We had him: -remove popcorn ceiling in the entire house -fix the drywall, re-texture and paint the ceiling -take out a wall and reconfigure light switches -replace a chandelier and 4 light fixtures -paint our entryway -tear out carpet the entire house and replace with engineered hardwood floor including stairs (Luis subcontracted this to a friend who gave an incredible price and efficient work) -replace baseboards in the entire house (I was surprised how proficient Luis is at this since he markets himself primarily as a painting contractor). We had several details we wanted to make sure were taken care of before the job was done and Luis was careful to do all of them without taking any shortcuts. We are very happy with how everything turned out and are thankful to have worked with him. Highly recommend.

Extremely well!!! Luis and his crew were awesome! They were able to complete an estimated 5 days of work in 3 days. The work was very high quality and Luis was great to work with. Have even recommended them to a neighbor that needed some interior painting work done. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Louis was great, he was super respectful, responsive and provided a very good bid and price. He made the project go very smoothly and changed things up when needed. Having painters in your home can be disruptive, he and his crew cleaned up and were very considerate. Would hire them again if we still lived in the area!

We are so glad that we hired Pacific Quality Painting to paint the exterior of our two-story house. They were highly recommended to us by the staff at the Auburn Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. We decided to go with them not only because of their competitive pricing, but they also included the added bonus of pressure washing our driveway when they pressure washed the exterior of our house. They made the driveway look like new. In addition to their excellent painting work, they repaired several sections of wood siding and made our house look beautiful. The team worked well together, were very pleasant to work with, and painted our house all in one day. We were amazed! Luis and his crew did a tremendous job. Interior Painting

Luis and his crew do an excellent job , they have done numerous jobs for my company. There are not many companies doing top rate work. His is one of them. They are capable of doing any level of quality that you are willing to pay for. They are quick and efficient.

They arrived early, they gave me a rough time estimate and finished before the estimated time. The cleanup was all performed above my expectations. I will be hiring them to paint my next house soon!

Pacific Quality Paint was responsive, professional, and affordable. We have actually hired them for multiple jobs, ranging from commercial exterior paint, to residential interior, commercial interior, patch & repair, etc. They never let us down, and we will continue to use them!

Pacific Quality Painting/Luis was actually recommended to us by another painter in a Tacoma who has an A rating on Angie’s List (O’Shea’s LLC). O’Shea told us that Luis used to work for him and had started his own business. o’Shea said that he trusted Luis and his work so much that he would have Luis paint his parents’ home. Luis was prompt in coming out to do a bid for us. We got multiple bids to paint our large home. One bid came in lower than Pacific Quality Painting/Luis, but that person wasn’t licensed, insured, or bonded, and so we went with Luis. Another person we got a bid from on Angie’s list came in about 5k higher than Luis. We are so glad we went with Luis. Luis and his workers arrived when they said they would, kept all work areas neat, worked efficiently, and the finished project looks amazing. In addition to painting our entire home and outbuilding, they also cleaned our roof and did a moss treatment, cleaned our gutters, patched some drywall, and pressure washed our driveway. We were happy with everything and will have them do our roof and gutter cleaning yearly. Luis was a great communicator throughout the process (he is bilingual English/Spanish—with excellent English), explained things to us, and also gave us his opinion on colors which we really appreciated. One of my favorite parts about Luis and his crew painting for us was that you could tell they enjoyed their work! One day while home, I heard one of the workers singing while painting. It seems rare these days to find people who are so happy while working. I would definitely recommend Luis/Pacific Quality Painting for your next project.

It went great. Luis was a pleasure to work with. i hadn't used him before but was referred to him by a friend. he repaired an apartment for me that was trashed by a deadbeat tenant. He did a great job. i highly recommend him.

We have a large home, with large shop containing RV bay, plus large shed, the estimate we got from Luis was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, we decided on Luis as he answered our questions directly where the other companies would not give us direct answers about type of paint specifically the quality of paint they used or caulking and how they did prep work. Luis was very responsive, returns all text messages immediately, answers all questions and explains things and makes sure we understand. He comes when he says he will, is on time, he and his workers are very respectful of our property and plants around house. Every evening everything was cleaned up. The job he did was excellent, he asked time and time again if we were happy with the color, as the first day I was not sure I liked the color. So he took the time to paint trim around the window so I could have a better idea of what the final colors would look like together. All downspouts were taken down painted and put back up. Luis also offered his opinion as to colors and how doors should be painted to make the house look the best which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Luis and his crew and will use them again when we are ready to paint the interior of our home. They even made friends with the dogs. When he completed the painting we also had him power wash our driveway, what a difference that made.

Interior doors = from millwork wood to white. Excellent job took doors down and fixed any doors that were rubbing, and my home looks much better improving the whole look of my home. Accent walls = Luis is not just a painter he is a true professional with craftsman skills. He takes pride in his work. His taping and straight lines are quality work. Stubborn recurring cracked walls fixed = I live in Sunrise HOA and some of the homes like mine seem to have cracked walls in the same places. After painting the stubborn cracks come back. Luis was able to fix the recurring cracks and they are fixed permanently. Water pressure = can take a moldy patio and make it look like it was freshly poured cement.
