+ -1 moreSuperp service from start to finish. I highly recommend Pacific Fireplace - he showed me what wasn't actually broken (silly user error) then finished the cleaning and even touched up a couple scratches in the interior walls of the gas fireplace. Very friendly, terrific service. Will certainly be our go to service provider for our gas fireplace!

He is the most competent person since i came here, he is very knowledgeable and he was able to fix my fireplace, adjusted and replaced a part and now it is working just great, He is very very thorough and very competent person and works clean and neat.
