Osaka Garden Inc

Our condo complex had hired Osaka Gardens on back in 2013-14, and everything went great for the first couple of years. They did an excellent job in servicing our community, especially when it came to leaf and landscaping debris removal. The leaf and debris removal was something they highlighted as one of their services that set them apart from their competitors, and was truly why we decided to bring them on as our landscaping service provider. ***UNFORTUNATELY in the last couple of years, their quality of service has waned tremendously, and our community has not looked the same. The leaf and debris removal has been awful to say the least, and they simply just blow debris from the blacktop and sidewalk areas (when they do actually spend some time blowing during their visits) back in to our bark beds. On several occasions individual homeowners have had to clean up and remove debris themselves, since the buildup would last for weeks on end. During the summer months, our swimming pool would consistently have leaves and debris that came from accumulations in our bark beds, causing more work for our onsite manager and sometimes making the pool seem as if we were swimming in a pond or lake. The staff at Osaka used to be easy to work with as well, but ever since our initial account rep left the company, things began to turn for the worse from them. Denial and excuses were what we received when any complaints or feedback were given, and it seems there hasn't been any accountability for their onsite crew in a very long time. All in all, I would look further than Osaka for a landscaping company, even if you have to pay a little bit more as their services have turned out to be of very little value for the money we spend.
