Troy and his crew built us an amazing barn we love it! They had great communication throughout they stuck to their quote with no additional costs Got it done super fast. We paid for extras like 18 inch eves insulation as well as extra wood for adding drywall. We also had 19 windows put in which was kind of difficult for them but they stuck to the quote

Great end result but a few bumps along the way. Communication not the best. We never knew who was coming when and why. Very happy with end result.

We first met Troy from Northwest Polestructures at the Seattle Home show and we were very impressed by his professionalism and easy going personality. We set up an appointment the following week to discuss our ideas and get a bid for the job. Just based on our general conversation at the home show he showed up with a couple of ideas set out and ready. He was ever so patient with my husband and his million questions and wild ideas. He helped focus the dream into a realistic affordable project. A couple of weeks after we set out we were sure the project would be doomed to failure due to the tangle of bureaucracy. We had major problems with the County in getting our building permit secured. We have an old home, a well and a very non traditional septic system. While I was panicking Troy was able to work around all the barriers the County threw up against us and we were able to get the project underway a month or so behind schedule. Since we were so badly delayed starting out Troy did everything he could to expedite the project and working us into his revised schedule. Once the original hurdles were conquered the building was finished and inspected in very short order. Troy and his crew and subcontractors were efficient and polite and a pleasure to have working here. The crew he recommended for our prep work was as easy to work with as he was. The garage is everything we had hoped for and more. I have already recommended Troy to friends who are looking to build a garage.
