MIST'ER RAIN INC

I live on 6600 square feet lot with a sprinkler system with four zones and a total of 18 sprinkler heads. First off I was not offered a quote and it had slipped my mind because all the other quotes I got from different companies were $60 mister rain billed me later for $120. Their Service was moderate at best. I will not recommend this company or use their services again.

After coming out and giving me an estimate, the work was done while I was not at home and upon the first use of the system after they performed their service it became immediately evident that the broken sprinkler head had not been fixed. They returned in a day or two after I told them about the failure to fix the main problem I solicited them to do and proceeded to cap the piping to the sprinkler head instead of replacing it because the pipe was broken and root bound. I expected more for my money and not to have to call them out again only to have the problem resolved the easiest way they could instead of replacing (the piping if necessary) and the sprinkler head as requested, to working order.

It always goes well with Mist'er Rain. They know their stuff, they are cordial, punctual, and take the time to explain what they have done. We've used them for years for maintaining our irrigation systems in two different homes and will continue to do so. They installed our irrigation in a previous home and have helped improve a poorly designed system that was already in place in our current home. Highly recommend!

Poorly - no show after 1 1/2 hours

I called another company and they were not taking new clients. Then I read the reviews for Mist'er Rain. They came out to give me an estimate and then I hired them to do the work. I may possibly use them again in the future.

Showed up on time and completed job in approximately 1.5 hours. Very happy with the work and the people that did the job.

Service men were punctual and polite. All my questions were answered. When I received my bill in the mail, it was about $25-30 higher than the estimate I was given over the phone. When I called to question the difference, the response was, "Our goof. Tear up that invoice. We will send you a new bill with the estimate you were given." This is why I answered below that the final cost was right on the estimate.

They came out promptly as scheduled, the crew was very nice & professional. After they dug & moved the heads they even replaced the grass so you couldn't really tell holes were dug in the lawn. They also fixed a broken sprinkler head I didn't know about.

Staff was very professional, hard working, & left the yards in good shape. Price was a little high but they were worth it.

CREW WORKED QUICKLY TO DIG UP AND RAISE SPRINKLER HEADS. THEY HAD ALL THE NECESSARY PARTS IN THE TRUCK TO REPLACE WORN AND BROKEN HEADS AND STAKES. ALL WORK FINISHED IN ONE TRIP. LEAD PERSON WAS COURTEOUS AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO LEAVING SITE.
