Description of Work: Brian ended up working unexpected late on another job before mine, but he still came out that evening and got us wired up.

Description of Work: Work seems ok but method of payment requested sends up many red flags. Rep wanted credit card number which I would not give him. He then wanted cash or check made out to him and payment before work passed inspection. His behavior was very suspicious overall. There is something going on that appears borderline illegal.
