Parts were very slow to arrive, beyond promise dates (many of which were in stock on Amazon's website). Little or no visibility from them of status or arrival dates on parts. No calls to advise on status until late in the process after a lot of repeated calls and emails on my part to try to get their engagement. Poor responsiveness and no obvious escalation path for help. A culture of "I don't care" throughout their organization. Promises of a call back not completed. A part was lost in their distribution center with little to no effort to correct the problem. My experience with Keller was stressful and frustrating. On the positive side, their Kohler showroom in Bellevue has a lot of nice displays and is well laid out.

We had a hose break on our shower head and I took the hose in and it was no problem they immediately replaced it no charge. The new hose then broke about a year later and I took it back in again - this time there was a new staff working and they brought up my information but proceeded to tell me that I was mistaken on the first replacement - in other words they told me that I was lying about everything. I proceeded to tell them that the hose was known to be defective and I asked to see if I could get a new hose of a different brand, I was even willing to pay for a new hose. They told me that the entire assembly needed to be replaced and that it required a special tool to get the head separated from the handle, and it would cost me over $200.00 unless I had the special tool. I took the assembly home and it took me 2 minutes to take the hose off the head with channel locks - and I am not a plumber. We went to Keller to get top of the line supplies for our bathroom I could have gotten this crap from Home Depot at a much lower cost. I refused to go back to the store so my wife went back in - they replaced the hose but told us that if we had anymore problems that we had to deal with the manufacture. I went online and purchased two back up hoses for $30.00 a piece, they charged me over $100.00 for the first one. They put me through all of this crap for less than $30.00 for them and I would have even paid for a new hose but they wanted me to buy the entire assembly. I will never set foot in this store again and I will never recommend anybody else to this company. They might be friends to over priced plumbers but they are not friends to everyday consumers. Stay away!

VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PRODUCT BEING PURCHASED AND THE WORK BEING DONE. VERY HELPFUL WHEN ASKED TO HELP FIND CERTAIN ITEMS. THEY HAD A REASONABLE PRICE.
